Ok so as of saturday I will be 8weeks out of doing my first show. I am doing the ifbb novice show to start and then going to move on to the ifbb kzn's in august.
I will post up pics on saturday to show u guys my condition. I will post up pics every saturday leading in to the show.
Weight this evening is 95.2kgs and feeling quite flat but quite dry. I have yet to start my proper fat burners yet. I have been using FFF but will be switching on to clen and yohimbine hcl.
I am not gonna be giving out to much information about diet and gear. Just the compounds I am using and rough guidelines to meals.
Going to be starting masteron prop, test prop, tren acetate and var on Saturday. I have been using adex 2x a week at 1/2mg daily but I am going to go on to 1/4mg daily just to make the dosage more constant.
Diet, I am eating 6-7 meals a day, 7 on training days if I am up later than 9pm. 3 shakes a day and 3-4 solid meals a day. Balanced diet so contains carbs fats and proteins.
Training doing 5day a week split hitting side delts twice a week to give shoulders a wider appearance. Cardio is at 40mins daily with moderate heart rate.
I was on 2 cheat meals a week but have come down to 1 refeed a week of about 1500-2000grams of carbs. Mostly milo cereal. I get at least 2boxes in per refeed. That alone is 640g of carbs. Look forward to some feed back
