Howzit guys,
34 years - 95kgs - 177cm. (22%BF Estimated)
Got into lifting about seriously about 10 years ago to support rugby (prop - I was about 100kgs then). Had lifted before (not seriously) since about grade 10. Learned about dieting and proper bulking / cutting / supplementing about 5 years ago. I did quit lifting for a while (1.5 years) as I was moving, changing jobs, getting married. I pickup some fat but I was never in this for looks just fitness and sport so it wasn't a big deal. I have recently been back at it for a few months both cutting and strength training making sure I am still flexible and fit. Working on endurance and unorthodox training techniques to push myself (ask me about upside down crabs). Realizing my age and my desires of gaining some real size I started researching AAS on both this site and quite a few others over the last few months. Learned they are a lot safer than I used to think they where and got excited. My goals are pretty simple right now add about 7 kg of muscle (Post PCT) and maintain it with a good diet and hard work. After that will see whats next.
Pleasure to be here and thanks for all of the advice thus far. Will post my planned cycle soon. Cheers

Hey , good luck bro.

Id like to know about those 'upside down crabs' you are talking about :)
Also run the cycle you planning on doing by us , there's lots of guys here that can help with fine tuning diet ,training and the cycle itself.

I was hoping someone would ask about the "Death" I think I invented. I came up with it to train for rugby.
1) Find some steps
2) start at the top on your hands and toes
3) crab down do not let your knees touch, only hands and toes - this goes slowly
4) upon reaching the bottom - sprint back to the top
That is one set - my personal goal is to do 20 sets in 20 minutes.
So far Ive gotten to 15 in 20 minutes. I thought I was going to die.
It Works your Shoulders and core and your hip flexors like a mf'er.
I call them the get up muscles for Rugby, the ones you use to get back up once on the pitch.
Try them and curse me.
