Hi guys i have been on a protien diet for the last 3 months as well as 50-60 min cardio 5 times a week and have lost 20kg so far , my bodyfat is sitting at 18.5% but i need to get it to 12% what fat burner pairs well with the protien diet and will help with the weightloss quickly. Should i use heat, fuck of fat, Blikzzzm or icyplex. Also how many kg about would i have to loose to loose 6.5% bodyfat.

I have also only been doing cardio no weight training, should i do my normal weight training again but just go a little lighter and more reps like 12 to 15 reps to help with the fat burning??? Here is my current diet is there also maybe a way to change it up a bit to loose quicker?

8:00 am 4 egg omlett/scrambled fried in butter. (2 whole 2 whites)

10:30 Whey protien an penut butter

1:00 2x Chicken breasts with a little mayo

3:30 macadamian nuts or biltong


4:45 pre gym whey protien

gym from 5 to 7

7:00 Steak and broccoli

Your current weight - 6.5% will give you your desired weight u need to be. Your training on this keto style diet should be 8-10 reps,pushing to failure...the heavier u push the more intensity u will have and then the higher your heart rate will go,plus u might build muscle with this approach where as currently u are only going to build endurance.

What fat burner could i take to help with the fatloss? I dont want the easy way out i have been pushing myself for the entire time ive been on diet and i would just like to get my body fat to 12% as fast as possible.

Let me refrase my question. Say i was loosing A KG per week on this diet and training program, what fat burner could i take to make me loose say 1.5 to 2kg per week? Would clen or yohimbine on their own work as i dont have the funds to get both so what one would be better?

Try tweaking your diet bud?

Your having no carbs at the moment and maybe your body can do with them. I suggest you add carbs at breakfast and post workout. Keep your cals 500 below maintenance.

Oh and clen is anti catabolic and yohimbe relocates fat cells or receptors something like that, so that would be my preffered stack.

Well done with the weight loss bud! 20kg is an amazing amount, almost there ;). Keep up the good work.

Clenbuterol and yohimbine,as they have a synergistic effect with one another used together, and works very well with a ketogenic diet.some people don't use together,but I prefer to do so as the yohimbine blocks the a1 receptors in stubborn fat,and then clenbuterol bangs the beta receptors and bobs your aunt u have got a potent fat burner,works damned well.

If your 18.5% now you should be at 12% if your diet is good after 6 weeks.

i know its wrong but i ate as much protien as i wanted and it worked for me but if i had weighed everything im sure i would have lost allot more.

@winstrol: 3months a year max on clen. Clen and yohimbe has 0 effect on the HPTA so go for it bud. :)

but weigh your food and also work out how many carbs u get in as you must not go over 30 g carbs a day. my carbs come from nuts, penut butter, veg and my whey protien.
