GW-501516 before and after was created by Empire
ok so as you guys know i have been using the gw501516 for the last couple of months, 20mg for 8 weeks and then i have been on 40mg daily for the last 6 weeks.. as you can see from the before photos i had been quite slack with things,as you also know i have been off all gear for just after a year now,no peptides,no fat burners or anabolics. my weight training was good, getting really strong in the gym but flexibility has always been an issue for me, never really been able to squat bellow parallel and never been able to sit like a bushman on my haunches. decided to start with doing kettle bell classes 2-3x a week to work on my conditioning,so just really cardio based, but during these classes it is compulsory to do a 10 minute stretch and joint mobility routine which honestly has been the best thing for me,it has helped me stay relitavily injury free(fee niggles that got sorted out with some needling from the chiro) but most of all i can now go parallel in my squat, my hip strength has always been an issue due to my genetic make up(got knock knees and flat feet).but any way getting back to where i was going with this post.

benefits of gw501516 :
increased endurance and recovery during high intensity cardio.
ability to control insulin level during cheat meals(even though during the 10-12 weeks i had 4).
additional fat loss due to increased endurance.
i am still waiting to check my bloods to see the effect it has had on my cholesterol.

ok so here goes (i have a new paper in the first photo so u can see i am not lying about the dates)
:starting weight 107.4 size 36inch pants (quite snug to be honest)

end weight after 10 weeks 90.4 size 34 pants, only reason for this is because my waist is now down to a 30 but legs dont fit into anything smaller than a 34.

ok so as u can see i need a tan and a tummy tuck and a tan but, I am still going hard at the training.

my training consisted of 5 days a week weight training with a split of
monday legs : squats, leg press, stiff leg dead lifts, hamstring curls and then walking lunges
tuesday arms : bi's and tris super setted : tricep push downs and straight bar curls, skull crushers and alternating dumbell curls, dumbell kick backs and hammer curls followed by calves and abs
wednesday shoulders : shoulder press on hammer strength machine. dumbell shoulder press, side lateral raises and then front raises with a bar and rear delt flys
thursday back : pull ups, close grip pull downs, bent over rows, single sided dumbell rows and then hammer strength lat pull downs
friday chest : incline bench press, incline dumbell press, flat flys and then dips.

cardio : 2 walking sessions a week for 30 mins a session, and then 3-4 30 min kettle bell cardio sessions a week. i train from 5-7 am in the morning, so its 1 hour weight training followed by a kettle bell class and then i am done for the day.

diet was quite low in carbs, high in protein and moderate in fats. some days as little as 80g of carbs. I did a whole lot of new things with my dieting where I would train a couple days of just protein and have my carbs post work out and later in the day.

so yea, I can say that this stuff works very very well. and like i said i did promise pics and here they are,i have been quite ill with flu and also been travelling for work and weddings since the 4th of December so my progress hasn't changed so these photos are from the 4th of December.

I would probably go as far to say 25% due to the increase to cardio intensity meaning I could push harder during cardio sessions

so as u can see skin hasnt gotten better,i have booked an appointment to see a surgeon about it and will go from there... the skin is very heavily stretched from being over weight for many many years.

estimated cost from refering doctor is R60k. i dont have that kinda money to spend on it unless someone in my family donates the $ too me. but if it does cost that i will have to save for a long time to get it done.

its difficult to say with the loose skin folds but my quads and triceps are striated so I would say about 13 % because of the loose extra skin.

Hey Bud, we'll done with some awesome results... I bet you're happy to be back in shape again.

60k sounds like a ripp off. We saw docs up in Joburg and Pretoria for the missus. A full tuck with 3 days in the docs private clinic was around 45. A mini tuck just under the 30. We saw 3 docs and phoned a zillion, we'll book her in early next year.
Just shout if you might consider doing it up in Gautengaleng..

60k is worse case scenario with using one of the best plastic surgeons in the country who is the professor of plastic surgery at a specialised hospital that you need to be referred to. he is quite a sharp bugger, but according to my gp he will also perform lipo on my lower back and whole abdominal area so that fat doesnt come back as they will remove all the fat cells with the lipo before the tummy tuck so probably about 3 hours of surgery which is where the major cost comes in...

Great work DJ!!!

I've got a couple of questions though.

1) What made you stay off anabolics for such a long time?

2) When you took gw-501516 @ 40mg p.d - Did you split the dose or took it all at once?
I'm currently running it at 20mg and I'm taking one capsule first thing in the morning and then one more in the afternoon. Is it better to
take everything in the morning?

3) Did you notice a big difference in results when you've switche from 20 to 40mg p.d?

Once again congrats on your amazing transformation. Now please dont stop!!!!
