I'm seeing my current Urologist in two weeks. Going to ask him to see if we can switch over to test cyp.

Sufficient protein, steroids, sufficient iron, Pre-workouts. Yeah I'm sure I can hit those calories and retain everything.

And did you go to an Endo or a Urologist?
I went and saw two different urologist as getting an appointment with an Endo this side is next to impossible unless you willing to travel far. But the reason was low test levels after low test levels, just weren't recovering but I also do believe this was more self harm. Not taking adequate time off between cycles and running some harsh cycle and putting severe strain on my body just to see what is possible. So here i am now, on trt but I'm looking more into this educating myself about this to make the best of it.
@Furk - Are you serious on those macro's i consume double that to cut ( nah you messing with me )
@Fillet - Fook it, why not. Will ready all my stuff this weekend and start a log for the keto on monday.

No need to apologise mate. And I didn't mean to state the above to call you out. Just saying I can manage to run low calories and carry on with life

Fox wrote: Hi, I just came across this thread. Very interesting. I have just started TRT, first jab was last week, test cyp 125mg. I was wondering what your thoughts where on using sust instead of cyp.
Work it into a blast no problem. But for long term TRT, expensive and irritating.

Yeah he did, damn pricey though. I had the option of Nebido, Cyp or Proviron.
I am gonna run this for a few months and then go bloods again to check levels and adjust as required. Once I have found consistency, I will be keen to do a blast and cruz. Still a bit unsure as to pct in this scenario though.
I am thinking of getting some aromasin to keep on standby just in case some estrogen sides develop, especially as I am currently in the 25% Bf range.

Kidding....
I was diagnosed with genetic haemochromatosis, this is where your body builds up super high levels of iron with various side effects, damage to endocrine system and internal organs, in my case, Liver. Allot of the damage can be reversed to some extent but in general not the damage to test production.

Fox wrote: Thanks man, Fortunately its pretty treatable and I am sure there are some things I can do to help recover my liver and test can be bought in a bottle. Its all pretty new to me still. No alcohol or orals for me though.
Okie dokes mate, good luck all the same.
Okay 25%, what I'm gonna start this week is doubling TRT dose and cutting calories further. Anabolics prevent muscle loss, minimal calories to hit protein requirements.
Why Sust though?

Yeah. I'm assuming that was a GP. Long before I was on TRT my GP prescribed Prov for me. I took the prescription with a smile. And got a new GP. Legal Prov? Cool thanks but that doesn't solve anything.

Rhino wrote: If I was you I'd give a normal TRT dose alone a go for a good couple of months first. You may be shocked at how your body responds just being at natural levels again plus you want to find a base line before you start experimenting again.
I have been on this journey for almost 2 years now. Before that my GP gave me a course of depo-testosterone.
After that I've been on Nebido permanently. We started with 12 weekly injections, but my body is testo hungry, and went down to 8 weekly, then 7 weekly, then 6 weekly, each time the standard 1000mg injection. And now back to 8 weekly again (struggling to get my levels stable).
My levels are almost settling now, but not really. The stages I go through now are:
Week 1 and 2: I don't really feel the effects yet
Week 3 and 4: the Nebido kicks in, and I get really happy, and get up easier in the mornings. And then I also handle stress better. I walk faster, and just have more energy. Oh, and my appetite picks up a lot, even though I do not gain any weight.
Week 5 I level out: then I get emotional (teary)
Week 6 - 8: I start dropping again - I start to feel irritated, I get more and more tired, I get short of breath, I don't sleep well and have nightmares, my appetite drops. I battle with my concentration, and become very forgetful.
Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I would be very keen on following it.

As mentioned you are knowledgeable and average height so you'll grow like a weed, especially with deca in that cycle...

@Fillet: Aye, but like I said earlier, I'd probably need to be leaner? Not sure if blasting whilst cutting will be worth it, since I'm eating LCHF. Other option is to only add carbs post-workout and take down calories as low as I can manage. Almost like a recomp approach.
As for the motor-oil:
Tren: I'd love to give it a go, I reckon it's one of the most (if not THE most) versatile steroid. It could totally work for a recomp. Problem is I won't be able to perform cardio well and my stamina is pretty sucky as is. What also concerns me is that I am an insomniac already, and not keen on adding to the problem. But working hard on getting my sleeping pattern regular (I know that sounds like an oxymoron). Either way, if I do take the plunge I'll add GW. It's profile seems to fit perfectly into some of the negative sides of Tren (cholesterol, BP, endurance.)
Deca: Never been keen for it, guess I'm concerned about the water and deca-dick. (That goes for all nor-19s).
Mast: Always interested me, never used.
Stano + Proviron: For sure want to do this eventually when I'm lean.
Dbol: Nope AF.
Tbol: Anytime.
Equi: On paper it looks amazing, idea anabolic : androgenic ratio, don't have to inject frequently. But it makes me mad-hungry. And I recall Oupa saying it isn't a good product R/gram as you need to eat bucket loads, and I'll be eating maintenance at most.

Tren I used for a while, I find deca with mast superior. I know the 3 to 1 and 5 to 1 ratio but the proof is in the pudding. Androgenic to anabolic. Use your caber properly and your soldier is always angry. Never had an issue.
As I said before since I discovered mast, will never cycle without it.
Tren I got night sweats towards the end, horrible, no rest as you wake up soaking three times a night and need to change clothes, bedding.
