Some bad advise given by rich piana IMO

So don't listen to medical studies, try everything for yourself and see what happens. There is a whole world of information out there (granted lots of bullshit) but some of it is gold. You don't have to do all the work by yourself there has been decades of good research you can use to your benefit. Also you can't use HCG during cycle cause the one says turn off and the other says turn on which is bad?? Eish wena caveman tendencies!

This video clip was brilliant. Im sorry many of you will still need to grow into understanding 2hat he is saying here. Fact is no there is not tons of research done on humans because its illegal.
This that he is saying is a fact accept it or reject it.

Agreed. It seemed logical that the earth was flat. Science does not work on the premise that if something 'seems' logical it must be correct. Hypothesise then prove it.

He's an arrogant prick in my opinion. Obviously he's irritated by the fact the he gets harrassed by thousands of people who want advice on AAS. How can he tell people to disregard EVERYTHING they've read and claim that people are ignorant and uninformed, when there's obviously a general consensus on what works and what doesn't. So he's right, and the majority of the internet is wrong? I am definately biased in that I think he's an asshole. But irrespective, bashing on people who seek advice and guidance and not helping them find answers proves that imo. Useless video which did in all honesty not add anything of worth to what I know or understand. Mabey after 20 years and 5 cycles under ones belt there's an "aha" moment to what he says. But the reality is most people ARE noobs and need advice which has been tested and proven. He bashes the noobs but only adds to confusion.

Only got round to watching this now. I appreciate his honesty and agree with a lot of what Rich says because people will believe anything they read on the internet that is written in good english, with a few fancy words thrown in. But I totally disagree about HCG. The logic he is using by saying you can't switch on and switch off testosterone production totally misses the point of why it's used on cycle.

To be a pro bodybuilder you need to accept the possibility that you will end up on TRT for the rest of your life, and that you could end up infertile. So looking after long term testicular function is the last thing he's worried about. I would listen to dieting, training and steroid advice from the pro's LONG before I'd listen to advice about HPTA health and longevity.

I think I must put together a sticky on all the details around HCG use backed up with the science.

Without disrespecting any athlete's personal experience, a double-blind scientific study on steroids, which is published in a medical journal, is surely a better source of information than a personal experiment? Not all such research is illegal. For example, there's an NCBI study showing how testosterone helps HIV patients maintain lean body mass

Steroids are only illegal without a script ....were used back in the 1940s on the prisoners of war for recuparation the same with HIV patients now days so there should be plenty of medical studies ...body builders however useing double or triple the amount thats another story...

My opinion is very single person is different and lets say the sides of some drugs are more of a guideline than anything else . For example I know I can smash tren e and tren a with no problem and no sides at all. I take d Bol and the only side I get is mad heart burn to the point I can't sleep. Very one is different and if they want to try a drug it's my opinion they look it up and try in a controlled environment or with the help of a coach. I have tried many different types and now realise what works for me and what doesn't ... Some of the science stuff is great but my opinion practical application trumps science any day. I tried insulin 2 / 3 years ago for 2 weeks and loved it !! Put on quality muscle and as a bridge it's perfect !!! I asked for a protocol on here and got bashed and rightly so. ... I tried it any way and loved it ..

Everyone is different and I think the research should be used as a base but application will yield the more insight in terms of individualism.
