My Var cycle

Ok I'll put them up until tomorrow then they are coming down again. Dont have new ones, planning on doing another cycle in a couple of months, no need now as I haven't lost any muscle, I've maintained it all but will only cycle once my life has settled down a bit, i've had a cra**y (for Mr Yohimbe) past few months

Why didn't you want to specifically go into ketosis on your diet?

Just protecting myself. Nope no joint issues that I was aware of, its probaly because it was a very low dose but still potent for a women. I love Var

I just needed the carb for the energy boost in th mornings. Working in lab all day without the energy is draining. I had done a keto diet years ago and I was successful. Trying to get back into one now at the moment but I first need to settle down so I can commit fully

Use FxFoto www.fxfoto.com/fxdownload.htm for cropping the pics-just use the standard free version.

I don't know about the uploads, but you can save your pics on photobucket.com/ for free hosting. Just open a free account and upload your pics there, then you can just add the url of the pic.

Ok never mind, it wouldn't upload cos it was too big. My comp F***ed out a few weeks ago so I can only find the one pic but its up now

If u wanna crop the pic all u have to do is go into ur normal pic viewer and there shud be an option to edit than in side edit shud be crop and some other things...

www.photobucket.com is what i use - you have to sign up though.

If u wanna make it smnaller go into microsoft office picture manager than go to the picture option and than shud be a option to resize and wala!

If u wanna cover ur face just right click on the picture > open with > paint > scribble it out save it as a new pic than u set
