WHAT A FIRST CYCLE SHOULD LOOK LIKE

ok guys, here is what a first cycle should look like,including pct for the guys.

the pct is : 50mg clomid twice a day for 7 days. and then 20mg of kessar daily from the day the clomid finishes.

hope this clears up any FIRST CYCLE confusions!

so for 1 cycle you would need :
20mls of test cyp/test en/testoviron/sust.
100x10mg Dbol tabs.
200 proviron tabs
100winstrol tabs.
15 clomid tabs.
30 kessar tabs.

i would suggest going for PGW injectables and LP orals.

Before you make this a sticky, maybe you should also include the injection protocol, for the noobs I assume its 2 injections a week 1ml each giving 250mg test cyp (eg. Mon and Thurs) with the total of 500mg a week.

the proviron from week 8-12 can be swapped with winstrol or winstrol can be added into that during those 4 weeks.

my eerste 1 was omtrent so. dit was nog met die ou test cyp depotrone. ek het soos n bees gevoel lol.

Injection protocol should be Monday and a thursday or tuesday and friday injections,this will keep blood levels stable.

Dukkes,you can use this cycle as a base for any orals etc,i like to use the most common orals such as winstrol and proviron so that for future cycles guys have an arrangement of other compounds to use.

These are my stats:
Age - 22
Weight - 70 kg
Years training - 2 and a half years
Lenght - 1.7m
Bodyfat - 9 %

do u think because of my age i should keep the amounts the same or make them less ?\
i do follow a good diet high in carbs and proteins .. but will send you a mail a bit later if u dont mind dj ?

how many kg can one expect to pick up if a person uses this cycle .. with a correct diet .... ending it with good pct ?

Id also just like to know why there is no hcg in the pct?everywhere i read somebody has said to use hcg.why not here?

I think I read that it is because your testes can survive a FIRST cycle like THIS one with the doses given.
And you should make a good recovery with the given PCT protocol (clomid followed by nolvadex).

Following cycles with higher doses and more HPTA suppressive agents need hcg etc.
