Good day brothers

Im going to be doing the beginner's Testcyp cycle from this site

Weeks 1 - 4: 40mg LP Dbol a day
Weeks 1 - 11: 1ml(250mg) PGW testocyp every 5 days
week 10 - 14: 40mg LP oral winstrol a day

29days after last test pin PCT will start

PCT involves clomid week 15
Nolvadex weeks 16-20

I think i may have worked out the beginning date of the PCT a week early please advise

I have letrozole on me i plan on pinning this sunday 23 October

can anyone help me out with how i am supposed to take the letro and how much and when :S haha

My diet looks like this

Meal 1:(breakfast) Bowl of oats raisins and honey, whey shake, 4 eggs
meal 2: 2 chicken breasts and whole wheat pasta
meal 3: 2 chicken breasts + veg/stirfry
meal 4: 1tin tuna in salad with mayo
preworkout meal: Muscle science muscle mass shake (1hour before gym)
Preworkout supps 30 min before
GYM
PostWorkout: Muscle Science muscle mass shake + creatine
meal 6: 3 chicken breasts, veg, baked potato+ cheese and mayo
before bed: Whey shake + tablespoon of peanut butter + tablespoon olive oil/flax seed oil + omega oils (not sure which oil to take)

every 3rd day the chicken pasta (meal 2) will be substituted with lean mince and wholewheat pasta and dinner (meal 6) will have red meat.

i will be weighing the food out once i buy a scale and ill edit the weights.

i have been on a diet similar to this and have gained 3.5kgs in the last 4 months, tho it didnt have two of the meals and none of the whey protein, and i used to slack on the weekends so Im sure this will work

stats:
Age: 21
Weight: 72.35kgs
BF: not sure but i have a vein on my stomach hahaha so i take it as pretty low

Any input will be soaked up like a sponge, ill also upload before and after pics once im done :)

how tall are you? Didn't do an in depth read but swap out the post workout shake with whey and dextrose.

Hey Kkkyle, I would extend the bridge time to pct to about 36-40days...

Letro I think you can start with a week before cycle at 2 drops EOD... if you run into trouble take it from there...

and then on the point chapel is raising.... I think you atleast have 20kgs of natural gains in you to be serious....

thanks so ill take 2 drops today and then again on Monday? so on and so forth?, do i just drop it into my mouth or into some water?

well i have already received the gear so lets just take it from here, i know that it is possible to grow alot more naturally... but i am thinking of maybe taking part in physique comps next year so i wanna put on some mass a bit quicker than what it would take to do it naturally

no, you would take two drops today and then again on sunday... under the tongue... drink some water afterwards...

fair enough, I see where you are coming from. I wanted to compete earlier this year and so i obviously wanted to go on gear. Then i sat back, though about it. And realized competitions aren't going anywhere but my natural potential is, UPWARD. I have changed my physique a large amount this year naturally. Now i want to compete at the beginning of next year. But if i am not at my goal natural body weight and body fat i WILL put off cycling again. I know deadgoat has the same philosophy. Just food for thought hey. My 5c? >> Just think how much you could explode if you take gear to bust your natural barrier rather than take gear to reach your barrier? ;)

But then again you have the stuff, so you are probably gonna fire away anyway B)

You probably should've waited a bit longer, but if you're serious about competing and not just using it as an excuse to pin early then go for it bud. Goodluck with the cycle, I'll be keeping a close eye on this thread in future

Just an update i am now in my second week, having my 3rd pin tonight... so far i don't notice much, slight increase in strength and a bit more horny than usual. weight is up by 1kg so i am at 73kgs but its probably mostly water due to the dbols, i wont lie i have struggled a bit to stick to the diet have had a bit of a stressful past week but everything seems to be falling into place this week.

i had very little pain from the injections just a bit of stiffness in the glute, so far no noticeable sides, besides my skin been slightly oilier than usual but im handling that by showering regularly...

Cranberry can help, you will notice your urine changing color, and the best thing to do is flush your kidneys on a cycle, so drink loads of water, this you will lose minerals, however if you eating a healthy diet this shouldn't be a problem.

changing colour? lol depending on the time of day my urine is different colours as i take in more water during the day it becomes clearer, but it feels like a slight stiffness in my lower back in that like soft part on either side of the lumbar

Bud, if you start pissing fanta orange, your kidneys are battling... ;)

As a rule of thumb (for myself) my first pee of the day when i wake up in the morning is allowed to be yellow. From then on its got to be see through like water. I try get in around 3l a day (especially when im on creatine) to flush the kidneys. In my 60min gym session alone i get in 1l.

That does sound like kidneys boet.

Pump is right - cranberry does help. Keep a 500ml bottle at the side of your bed. When you wake up in the morning, before doing ANYTHING else, down it. trust me it helps by setting the tone for the rest of the day... :)

Start every morning with half glass of lemon juice and warm water. Flushes kidneys and liver nicely and speeds up metabolism.
I extract 4 Lemons and 1 Grapefruit then mix with 3L water. drink it during the week first thing in the morning. I drink at least 6L water a day.
