One thing is for sure, you are not overtraining. Your training split is actually just fine and you are getting 3 days rest.
Some comments and questions:
1. How long have you followed this program for now? You should revamp or tweak your program AT LEAST every 12-16 weeks. I change mine every 8 weeks.

2. You rep range IMO opinion is an obvious problem. MIX IT UP! In order to up your strength, you need to do some VERY LOW rep sets (4-6 reps), so that you can increase the weight effectively on the higher rep sets later on. Starting immediately do 2 weeks of Strenght Work, low reps, high weight.

3. Under NECK workout you have Chin-Ups, explain? This is a LAT/BACK workout.....

4. One of the west ways to keep growing is going BACK to BASICS - COMPOUND movements. And here I refer specifically to some of the LEG workouts. You can do Squats with lighter weight doing DEEP squats. Or Lunges (like a farmers walk). These will guarantee growth.

5. Regards the diet. Clean is good, but are you eating enough? Rmemember that as you get bigger you need to up your Calorie intake to KEEP ON growing.....

Shut up and Squat!!

I have been on this program for 8 weeks now,I do change my routine every 8 weeks. Before I did less exercises per muscle group, same reps and sets but think I had better gains.

By Chin ups I mean connecting a straightbar to a cable machine's bottom pulley and then hands held next to each other and pulling upwards towards your chin with elbows held high, when reaching your chin you sqeeze the neck muscles.Maybe I'm using the wrong name for the excercise???

Refering to leg routine,I can't bend my left knee 90 degrees so squats are out...after the accident I trained my legs and while doing sqauts I actually messed up my left leg more than it was.I went down too low and actauuly bent a pin in my knee.was out for 3 months.

Diet is 330 grams protein,660 grams carbs and 100 grams fat...

You are referring to upright cable rows.

Ok so I decided to take DBat's advice and do strength training for 2 weeks...Low reps with heavy weights...

Got to the gym and started my chest and shoulders routine...usually on Mondays but was raining yesterday so I moved my training on 1 day.

Not sure what happened this morning but as I started my routine I added around 15% of weight to my last set of each exercise as a starting point for my strength training and about 30% to the last set and what happened?I could still do 12 reps on each set with no problem...Maybe I was just lazy or maybe I was just jacked up to start the strength training but I didn't know I was this strong....I was like a machine in the gym, even the guys that train at the same time as I do noticed a big difference in my weights.

i'm gonna finish this week with the same trend on the other muscle groups and add some more weight next week....

I dont do as many sets for arms. I find if I do 3 exercises each with 4 sets for biceps and the same for tris that's enough.
If you go till failure squeezing out that last rep you can hardly move your arms after 12 good sets.

But where all different, my arms have really grown with 12 sets.

Go big or go home...
