Pre workouts suck lol. Filled with caffeine and stimulants. I don't like them anymore. Used to enjoy SSN Creapump though.

A good BCAA filled pre workout is more then enough. Think Nutritech has a berry flavor one.

lol no way dude, then you have no tried a good pre-workout if you say they all suck.
They definitely give good energy and focus, but hey maybe you dont respond to them well

Cant have them anymore due to blood pressure. But besides that, you don't really need a pre workout. good oats and raisins before gym is more than enough. Maybe on tough days like legs yes but that's the only real benefit.

I have tried them all bro.. Best for me is a product called Berserker by Titan labs.. Every time I buy the stuff I ask the dude in the shop if its legal > he assures me it is! LOL! It's crazy shit. Pretty much like jacked 3D but more intense.
It costs R379. Not sure if I can say where I get it from on here?

Hahaha, yeah berserker from titan labs are completely legal. A lot of supplements shops stock and onlinesshops too, chromeshop is one of them.

Yeah MCJ, I agree with you. I force myself to have them only when I really feel I need a boost. I found I was becoming dependent on them to train. Couldn't train without them.. So now I'll have it maybe once or twice a week. I also found it suppresses my apatite, badly for a few hours.

I have to agree with MCJ, preworkouts can help, but eventually you get used to the caffeine and in the end I felt I was just wasting my money. Haven't been using PWOs for some time now, don't think you need them.

Creatine and BCAAs are awesome to have in a preworkout, but any caffeine or things acting as vasoconstrictors are not really beneficial, and usually the insulin spike required for creatine uptake (if it's monohydrate) is not what you're looking for before and during your workout, the insulin spike is much more beneficial at the end of the workout.

If you're looking for a clean, jitter free pre-workout that gives you excellent focus and a great boost, Shotgun is the way to go.

If you want that hectic buzz-filled, Parkinson's type jittery workout with excellent focus and boost, then muscle marinade is your choice

Berserker isn't legal for sport but legal for purchase in SA.
Contains 1.3 Dimeth or 1.3,7 Trimeth in the case of berserker, which is a banned stimulant.

I'm not a huge fan of pre's but here's my top 5

1)Ripped Freak Pre-Workout
2)CTD Labs Noxipro
3)Titan Labs Berserker
4)MP Assault (New one coming soon though :D)
5)BSN NO Xplode

All of which you can get at Chrome!

Also ask the guy for Ampli-pump,it's a pre-workout amplifier.
Works like a bomb!
