By the way i see the superpump 250 800g tub sells for 32 dollars. If you go on this morning's rand/dollar exchange (R7-73 to the dollar) it gives you R247.36 per tub. Sjoe!!! Maybe it was a special who knows but is everybody reading this also getting a burning sensation in the asshole region

If you want to work out what they should be charging, multiply by 10-12. Anything over that then either the distributor or the store is effing you in the A.

The Optimum Store in Morningside shops wanted to charge me R700 for Jack3d, which goes for $27 on bb.com.

Typical J double O's!

Thats because anything that lands here in a tub is taxed to shit. You need to bring it in raw and then package it here if you want to make money or stay competative.
Why do you think i hate USN so much? They dont even have to import(Or do any research) and still charge the same markup.
BTW - Have any of you checked prices of Vits in the GNC stores(USA)? And compare with ours? Gaping A!

Tried the Muscle Marinade this morning...
I can see what you mean about the "drugged feeling"... but it did give me great energy throughout my workout.
I am just not sure if i am doing something right...
I have 50g oats with honey as i wake up, and then about 20 minutes later i take my pre workout drink... so, i am thinking that cause of the oats... the pre workout drink will not have its full effect.
I am thinking of skipping oats first thing in the morning... takeing the pre-workout drink on an empty stomach, and then cytomaize throughout my workout for the carbs...

Good or bad idea????....

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

cool. i know bigdave loves to say that u can train on an empty stomach cos there is glycogen in the liver that is used like a reserve tank for the body, but i still say eat before u train,it will give u more energy to push heavier weights and train harder,i mean u dont drive your car in the reserve tank all the time, its there to be used in case of emergency and will only get u so far...

Biogen's Ultra Pump?
Why has no one mentioned it yet? Does it get bad reviews? I find it a very good bang for the buck.

It prob has affiliations with USN so no, nobody will give it the time of day on this forum buddy

I have tried anabolic nitro from USN yesterday. Wont say it is useless but nothing really happened. I find ecreapump a better product. Today i tried superpump 250. It is lightyears ahead of the two i tried so far. Bought shock therapy today so for next couple of weeks i will use that. Will prob try ganic f after the shock therapy. Nogal coold playing around with the sups. Interestingly i see that optimum nutrition has a waxymaize called glycomaize. It is extremely well priced (R269 for 2kg). Does anybody have experience with this product? Have used cytomaize from ssn and its a good product. Just bit pricy

I thought Biogen and USN is pretty much separate. The ultra pump is a lot like NO Explode, dude at Dischem's opinion is that it is better, my opinion is its cheaper.

Which pre work out supplement is the best @ R250 per month budget?

In that price range you can look at creapump and ganic f.
I have used creapump before and its a little weak in my opinion. Good reviews on the ganic f and i think you can pic it up for around R269 for 30 servings

I tried the sample i had of Shock Therapy yesterday morning... got NOTHING out of it!
Creapump and MM still seem to be tops.
Even BSN NoXplode was a waste of over R600 when i tried it!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Got a sample of jack3d and tried it today. Used 12g. Its the strongest thing i've tried so far. Worked within 5min and it was intense mental focus. 12g is obviously too much for me. Have some left and will try 8g tomorow. The pumps werent so impressive. Dont know if it was my imagination but i felt a bit weaker. Currently using shock therapy and the bang is not so intense as jack3d but it carries me through my workout and its out 2hours later. The pump is also good. Im still kind of high and i took the jack at 4 this afternoon

Now im in delemma. Will i get jack3d next month or muscle marinade?

A few guys at my gym used it. They said it wasn't to bad but some got runny stomach.
