Man if you are trying all this stuff but you still can't sleep, and you don't take a pre-workout,tell me,are you stressed or is anything bothering you?Does your mind run around when you get in bed,and do you sleep during the day?Have you tried some self hypnosis?

I use it when i am completely buggered and sleeping pattern is bit screwed and night before a race. Go straight to bed after you take it

Well I can sleep with sedatives. I wouldn't say my stress levels are worse than anyone else. Yes my thoughts seem to never end when I try sleep, I can barley fall asleep at night how the heck am I going to sleep during the day lol. Haven't tried hypnosis but ill be willing to give a shot if some other guys speak positively of it.

This might not be very safe advice but just get stillnox. Its easily obtainable as a lot of suppliers also stock it. You need sleep while on cycle, 1-2 pills 30min or so before bed will put you out.

I used to go to sleep at 11ish and then get up at 8ish. Now with work I have to get up at 4:15 and to get in enough sleep be in bed before 8, without sleeping pills I'd be screwed.

Jakes you must of missed my post about stilnox being zolpidem, I already take it in a combination with Halcion, doesn't work at all for me when I use it on it's own.

AAS, take my advice on this one... Forget theories of others, this is something I have suffered with for years... And you can't take zolpidem for long peroids of time its a hypnotic and its going to become inefective after a few days, and you won't sleep beyond a few hours... Try the Remeron but go off everything else, take some melatonin with it.. Only hop in bed to sleep or have sex, don't use it to watch tv or movies on your laptop, then maybe use white noise I find sleeping with the fan helps bigtime... Try those techniques for now, if you not sleeping by day 2, go to the pharmacy and gey 25mg phenergan, its schedule 2... Only 1 at night... Let me know if you can sleep... Maybe will say the remeron and phenergan have similar sedative effects, etc, just agree and get what I suggested... Sweet

I will be getting Remeron as soon as my doc sends the script. Can Rohypnol be used long term?

If the doctor faxes the script you won't get a repeat.. As its schedule 5.. You need the original to be loaded on the system.

Well Rohypnol like many of these other drugs, you buildup a tolerance and become dependant (this is broken down into many sub catogories) on the drug,

For me Melatonin, GABA work perfectly, however pre-contest on Tren=No Sleep. Then I take 1*Zopivane, Melatonin and GABA and sleep right through.

koe007 ja, its a pity, but guys like AAS and myself who suffer severe sleeping disorders, that stuff does nothing... I could club till 6am on it :) And on Tren, I have to take 3 zolpidem a night, 1 to put me to sleep i wake up around 2 am then need another 2 just to go through till the morning... I'm going to be going to a sleep clinic to try fix this as it sucks...

Yes it did work pump, thanks so much. It actually worked a bit to well, when I took it last night my head started spinning like crazy then it put me out. It was also really hard to get up this morning and my whole body was numb. Is this normal?

The first few days you going to need a little bit 'more sleep' like 14 hours, then after a week+ you will feel fresh during the day as well.. Keep me updated.. Just remeber its a power anti-catabolic too, side effects last around a week then you feel kiff, you need to just get past that peroid.

Will do pump, will it take me awhile to build a tolerance to this drug? I've been feeling super hungry today, is it because of the Remeron?

Ye it will make you lank hungry... You won't buildup a tolerance to the sedative effect, you will buildup a tolerance to any side effects you may feel... But great drug to use for bodybuilding, helps you get calories in + helps prevent you from going catabolic..

Wow pump I can't thank you enough for recommending this drug as those were two major hurdles for me, the sleeping and the eating in large quantities and as a bonus the anti-catabolic effects which is very useful while sleeping. So can I take this drug as long as I want or do you recommend cycling it.

No its great for chronic long term sleep disorders, and you won’t build-up a tolerance like you do to the zolpidem, and enjoy the hunger, get your doctor to write you a 5 month repeat... As you can see I’ve actually stopped in-depth posts on the forum for a while due to smartass comments people make or the lack of understanding or even worse the advice people provide to others without having a clue what they talking about, but this isn't something to mess around with and I didn't like the idea of you using the zolipdem for long periods of time as its highly addictive and doesn't have a negative feedback loop, so it is very easy to overdose and die while using it, taking more out of frustration due to not getting enough hours sleep in a night and then not waking up in the morning.

Good luck, and enjoy, just know the first few days you may feel a ‘bit different’ but you may not too… So don’t read into all the side effects until you have been on it for a while and you can make a conscious decision if it works for you or not.

If you do feel you need to stop the drug, cut down to half a tab a night for 5 days, then half every second night for 5 days then stop.

Pump just an update, sleeping is still going great and waking up is way better than when I was on Halcion and Zolpidem. I noticed in a previous post you said you used 30mg of zolpidem on tren, was just curious as to why not the remeron?

Hmm, I wouldn't advise Remeron unless you have a chronic condition like 'yourself'. I would then run a few days of Zolpidem, if you have an addictive personality then rather use Remeron. However it takes some time to get used to the sides, and by then most people have already finished their Tren cycle, so a box of Zolpidem would probably be the easiest for first line of defence.
