Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me. I want to start with a body transformation challenge but in general loose weight and feel great. I have been given an eating plan that consists of 6 meals a day. Generally I'm someone who eats 3 times a day. I want to know if I can substitute 2 meals with a shake rather? What shake would you guys suggest. I know USN is crap.

Please help, I'm feeling sooo fat and disgusting - the sooner I start the better!

Hi Jloock rather post the diet so that we can crit it and we can go from there.
But why do you want to substitute 2 meals?

Have u tried using a fat burner.

As far replacing a meal with a shake use a multi blend protein for short and long duration release. It will keep metabolism up and running.

But def try eat healthy and not replace meals even with shake. There is no substitute for good food.
