Nate, I think you've worked yourself up into a tizz here. Work through it with me.

1 vial of Pregnyl contains 5000 International Units (IU) of HCG.

You add 1ml of water to enable the stuff to be injected.

Therefore you have 5000IU of HCG per 1ml of water.

Are you still with me.

if there is 5000IU/1ml, then it follows that
there is: 2500IU/0.5ml (divide both sides by 2)
1000IU/0.2ml (divide both sides by 5)
500IU/0.1ml (divide both sides by 10)

Does this make sense? If you have 5000IU per ml then you also have 500IU per 0.1ml
You want 250IU twice a week which is 500IU per week.

Therefore you want to inject 0.1ml per week in total. (500IU per 0.1ml)

Now forget units.

You split this up in two as you inject twice per week. Thus you have 0.1ml divided by 2 which gives you 0.05ml

Therefore you have to inject 0.05ml twice a week.

On an insulin syringe the volume (ml is designated as units. i.e. 1 Unit = 0.01ml. 10 Units = 0.1ml etc)

Therefore 0.05ml = 5 Units.

I went to the pharmacist and got proper insulin injections with the International Unit measurements on it which is I think what was totally confusing me.
It is now easy to measure up to 5 units and I don't feel the needle even go in.

The deca has definitely kicked in on my cycle, and I noticed that over the last week that I did not take the pregnyl there was some shrinkage. Is one of the main purposes of the pregnyl to manage size of testicles and volume of ejaculate in the sac?

Wow it feels great but my mood has taken a turn for the not so good. My patience level is history at the moment. Any calming advice?

Don't worry I was on the same boat. I'm not a agro guy but I do flip at little things. With the gear I had to start controlling it more because my two little boys started catching the short end. So what I did was just go outside and throw ball for my dogs for 15 mins. Lol worked for me.

Deca lowers dopamine levels in the brain and also disrupts normal serotonin function so that can cause all sorts of mood changes. Since dopamine is like your major reward hormone that makes you feel good when you achieve something this can make you feel very demotivated, like nothing brings you pleasure except lifting weights. I've always noticed I feel more lazy on nandrolone but cabaser helps with that a lot since it's a dopamine agonist.

My guy couldn't get more cabaser for me for some reason but am taking dostinex. That also a dopamine agonist?
By the way I had to pay through my ass for the dostinex. Crazy.

I'm usually a very chilled guy too but damn dude this deca has a bite to it.

Hi guys,

Update on my stats - Tuesday 29 April 2014:
Over 6 weeks into 15-week cycle and my progress has slowed since the initial rapid increases, but I think this is because my fat percentage is down. Shirts feeling much tighter and my strength is up 10-fold since I started.

Weight - 88,6kg (Up from 82,4kg) +6,2kg since cycle started
Chest - 113cm (Up from 105cm) +8cm
Bicep - 40cm (Up from 35cm) +5cm
Waist - 86cm (Down from 91cm) -5cm
Upper Leg - 56cm (Up from 54cm) +2cm
Calf - 37cm (Up from 35cm) +2cm
Body Fat Percentage: 11,9% (Down from 14,5%) - Down 2,6%

I must admit I was a bit surprised by the body fat percentage too. Especially since I am feeling a little bloated from the deca and the fact that I have not been taking the Anavar this month.
