Hi Alex,

Yes have carefully worked out my extended bridge and PCT, and I will stick to 6 lean meals a day, including two whey protein and glutamine shakes.
Still trying to learn about Calorie counting and am a bit nervous about it. But learning everyday.

Well you guys were right.

I paid a trainer at the gym to take proper bodyfat measurements with calipers this afternoon. He also had me get on this pretty fancy machine, but that was just to check his accuracy apparently.
Effing nurse clearly had no idea earlier in the week.

Bodyfat result? 16,1%. Crazy high. Although he did tell me most of the unhealthy fat I have is love handles and lower back fat. Lose that and I drop to 10 easily. Not keen on cardio while on my cycle though. Any ideas?

Also some feedback on my cycle if you get a chance guys. Shot.

Sorry Nate. Only saw your question now regarding hCG.

Yes. It is to maintain and to some extent restore testicular activity.

Well guys I did my first hard session of cardio after weights this morning.

MF I can hardly think nevermind move. Gonna hurt like a b in the morning. I look at the love handles and think this is what you get for the crappy food that caused them.

One rep at a time boys...

Guys I feel like I got hit by a cement truck today. That cardio after a 90 minute weights routine yesterday morning has killed me dudes.
Loaded on glutamine and recovery shakes late yesterday so hopefully it helps because I really can't move right now.
I pinned again this morning so hopefully that kicks a bit, cause I am meant to do legs today.
Took a sick day so I could try psych myself up for later.

Your lifting weights 6 days a week for 90 min..! Far to much in my opinion and not enough intensity if you can go for much over an hour. remember you grow in the kitchen and bed not the gym. I'd do a 4 day split or max 5 day to make sure you get 2 full rest days.
I'm currently only lifting 3 days a week and do 3 short cardio sessions and am up 4kg in 4 weeks even though I've been on bucket loads of Ai.

Thanks Rhino,

I agree. Don't normally do 90min sessions though bro.
Its just yesterday was a public holiday so had psyched myself to see how much harder I could go. Probably explains my soreness this morning.

I got to get into the routine of less reps with higher weights but it is f difficult dude. Been trying to do every set to breakdown the last few weeks.

While on my cycle I want to try stick to 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on weeks. I also make the off day my cheat day so its something I look forward to big time.

Last night my chick was pissed off at me. She says I constantly complain about being stiff everywhere. She argued the point last night. Sigh.

3 days on 1 day off will be fine just make sure off days are off days. Start with cardio twice a week post workout for 20min, so do it on one of your 3 training days and set it up so that it's not on legs day or the day after.

And like Tstyle said. Listen to your body if one rest day isn't enough take 2 or even 3 off and maybe just go in and do 20min cardio. Remember if you let yourself recover properly not only will you grow more but when your fully recovered you'll be able to push more weight and have a better quality training session.

Thanks Rhino,

My off day is totally off usually.
My plan with the addition of the cardio are two short sessions a week, not on leg days.

And dude, the squats which I start with are major sweat sessions for me and my twig legs bru.
Not my favourite training day.

Thank you for that advice my bru. I appreciate it and totally agree.

With the cardio additions, I think I may have to add an extra rest day per week.

My glutes and hammies are f sore right now dude.

The active ingredient of Nolvadex is Tamoxifen.
The active ingredient of Femara is Letrozole. a.k.a Letro. Different compound.

Thanks Pyro,

So I can't use Femara instead of Nolvadex during PCT?
