Take a look at the sample cycle:

There is an oral primo cycle there which does not require test.

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Test cyp 200mg a week
Primo 600mg a week

First time user? Goals?

If injectable Primo: As suggested by Fakey

Test 200mg a week
Primo 600mg a week

Slow, quality muscle.

If oral only:
80mg+ Primo /day X 10 weeks
60mg+ Prov/ day X 10 weeks
Safe, negligible if any side effects at all, needle phobic. #notjudging

Either way, it's going to be extremely expensive.

If you go the primo route and you want my consent I would like to see the exact diet / training split and current stats and lifestyle. This drug is like mothers milk but you need to so in the right head space and with a low enough body fat to get what you want. Otherwise 500mg Test only with an AI could be an idea too...

I personally would say sub 8 ad dry but 6 would be awesome. So one can see the recomp of this aas and its lean gains. And hardness too. But diet needs to be dailled in like pump said. Just not sure what training regime would best fit it tho.

i personally think that 400mg is the bare minimum but 600+ is where is begins to shine. Plus if you going to run primo do it properly, rather save up more and run decent dosages then settling for sub pare.

I would like to know for how long were you planning to cycle your Primo for?

IMHO anything shorter than 16 weeks is a waste of time.

And as with all AAS, you need to already have a good diet in place to really enjoy the result otherwise you are wasting your time.

Agreed 12weeks should be bare minimum on any long ester as the efects really become noticeable after 6weeks at week 12 you really start to progress and then you stop so you can do 16weeks and make slow but decent and quality lean gains if diet is spot on. This is true for most of the lean mass/strength anabolics. Tbol. Anavar. Winstrol The more your diet is dialled in the better the results they give you will be. After saying all this I agree with Fakey I am also holding off my Cycle that I already have on hand plus PCT chems till I am in single digit BF% like 9% as I have diet dialed in and fat loss is slow but consistent I know I will drop BF% further on cycle and hopefully add 1-kg lean muscle.

Like i have mentioned before most primo is not primo so i would say yes run test even at a low dose as the promo could be eq and you will get shut down.

Easy way to make sure your primo is legit...
DONT USE SHIT BRANDS
Simple as that..i use different brands for different compounds but I'll always stick to PGW PRIMO it's the real deal

Lex i know somebody that tested most of the primo including international brands and all were not primo im not sure on the PGW as i do know some body that uses it but what im trying to say is that even the top brands here they contain no actual primo.

Yes that is true i think it might be the same person bostin loyd speaks about in one of his videos which is i think some sort of doctor if you want i can find the video that that is mentioned in.

Wow. I can't imagine the lengths the dude must have gone to to get hold of primo samples from all the UGLs across the globe. And the cost must have been significant - he obviously wouldn't have depended on labmax kits for his results, but done full HPLC and mass spec analysis, right?

Primo, mast and var is often faked. That doesn't mean EVERYTHING is fake. Especially not if a tool like Bostin says so :lol:
