Problem with injections

Hey guys hope you all having a good day just a quick one, my training partner 30 years old 90kgs around 12 percent body fat he has been blasting and cruising for around 2 years now injecting in the glute and shoulders sometimes biceps he has a problem now he says every time he injects in the glutes he gets sick, a big lump and cant even train he claims he feels terrible after the shot for atleast 2 days. Im assuming this has to do with scar tissue is there anyway to solve this issue? and is this a problem we will probably all be experiencing after long term steroid use?

yes only when he injects in the glute its been happening for a while for him but atm its testE and equipose

It could be that when he pins glutes he moves the needle around more than he might realise. Otherwise, what size and gauge needle does he use?

I doubt that is the cause of the issue.

25g is really small, especially for pinning in your glutes. I had to pin with a 24g needles the other day and I really had to push hard on the plunger to get the oil out, I would not recommend using 25g. I was pinning test cyp which isn't even that difficult to pin from what I have heard.

I would, however that will not make a difference in terms of pain... unless it is due to him moving the needle around a lot once it is inside.

i am pretty sure its not him moving because there has been times where i have injected him aswel and he had the same problem.

Then he is using a needle that is too short. What happens is you don't inject deep enough into the muscle and then the ball of oil forms. An easy solution I have for you is to mix B12 with the test when you inject. This makes the oil ball able to disperse easily.
