Am I ready to start using ? *newb*

Hey Guys.

My stats.
Age : 28
Wight : 82
Hight : 1.79m
Body Fat : 11% ( last time I checked )

I have been training on and off for the past 4 years, but have not missed a session the past six months.
I am not do not have a natural big build, and have made peace with that, I have always been really skinny.

I have been doing research and preparing to go on my first cycle now for the past 6 months. I just want to gain a couple of kilograms, and increase my strength as much as I can. ( my goal wieght in the long run is 90Kg. )

I train between 4 and 5 days a week and rest during the weekends. My diet is unfortunately a bit unpredictable as I travel a lot and stay in guest houses a lot. But I do fill in the gaps with Supplements ( Protien shakes etc).

No to the Question. How is this for my first Cycle ? If not any suggestions.

12 weeks.
Testosterone (Cypionate or Enanthate) - 400 mgs
20 mg/day Dbol for the first 4 weeks.

Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.

I would say you're ready to go for this one. You're goals are reasonable and very possible.

I would maybe just push the test to 500mg per week as that way you can buy two bottles PGW testen as for the d-bol maybe look at 40mg per day.

What do you have in mind for PCT? I personally prefer and normally suggest a full PCT consisting of Clomid, Kessar and HCG irrespective of what cycle you do.

Well , this is going to sound silly, but I have a thing with needles. That is the main reason that I have not been on a cycle ever. Cant wait to faint after the first injection. :laugh: ( joke - hopefully )

Another thing I have read the rules and it says we are not allowed to discuss price. Would it be braking the rules to ask what would the average cost be for my planned cycle as well as the PCT ? ( not asking for suppliers or anything like that ) .. if it is ignore the question.

Agree with vega - I think u are ready my son to take the first step - u are a candidate - count urself lucky not many people come on here and get the go ahead - so u may feel special.

HCG and tamoxifen(kesser) for ur pct -

3 weeks of HCG 500iu every other day

4 weeks of Tamoxifen 20mg every day

PS: watch for signs of gyno - if ur nipples start to get puffy and a bit sensitive u will need to include an AI such as arimidex.

Like I said a full PCT is always first prize but agreed with Snok that HCG must also be part of your PCT. As for estrogen control on cycle I would say Letro if money is a bit tight.

On the price thing, I would say if you shop wisely then you'll be able to get away with under R500 or a lot less but I don't want to get specific.

Under R500 for teh PCT, in that case I would rather be safe and get everythign as suggested, but any "hints" on average for the Cypionate ?

Another thing that I am not sure of. Online I am able to find a TON of suggestions on what to use, how long etc.. but the HOW.. that is a grey area for me. Like, what size syringe, needles and of course how and where do I actually insert the needle ? ( *newb* question I know, but I rather ask then mess it up.

You will only be pinning twice per week so it will be in each glute per week. Needle size 23G 1.5inch. Google injection sites or how to do intra muscular injections. There are cool sites that will sort you out. Get 3ml syringes and lots of alc swabs obviously. Inject after you get out of the shower cause that ensures the site would be relatively clean as well. Only 1st injection is weird but thereafter its 2nd nature.

For your hcg injections get 1ml insulin syringes. The injections are under the skin to the left or right of your belly button (not to close). The test cyp wont cost much more than your pct

Jip in the glutes when you get well adjusted with the glutes then you can move to the delts. delts are ace bud.

1ml of cyp contains 250mg. so 1ml sun and wednesday.

The best time that suites you bud. I like to do it the evenings after gym. then go shower afterwards. Its not bad bud really. In a sick sadistic kind of way you may actually start to like it

Like Roozer says bro! The best and most convenient time for you. Me for instance will do it mon and thu mornings after shower. In your following cycles (yes if the bug bites there will be more ) you will prob start experimenting with shorter esters (like i will be doing shortly). Then you will have to get more body parts into play like the ones Roozer mentioned. But first things first! Do your cycle and keep us posted on your progress.

Remember that your diet plays a major role. Get a good multi vit (ON opti men is the best in my opinion). Take liver support while on cycle and pct. You only have 1 so keep it happy

Well, like I said, I have been doing some research, and got the vitamins.

Diet is the problem, spending most my time at guest houses, but I try as much I can, Salad and steak/Chicken. With Protein shakes and meal replacements when I just can not get to food.

I plan on keeping a diary throughout the whole process. Keeping track of Workout, Diet, supplements taken , photos, measurements etc.. I want it as complete as possible. Will determinately keep you guys up to date.

Its def a good multi! Its too expensive in this country though. If you compare the nutritional data with that of ON opti men you will see that there isnt much difference. Opti sells for R330 at dischem for 2 months supply while stack sells for R499 or more for 1 month supply
