So I thought I'd create a log of my own incase I have any questions or if anyone is interested in what gains are like off a cycle like this. It's also here to share my experience seeing I'm regarding this as my first 'proper' cycle as my first real cycle was a complete joke.
Week 1-8: 150mg Test Prop EOD
Week 1-8: 60mg Tbol ED
Week 7-10: 50mg Proviron ED (might start earlier)
Week 8-10: 500iU hCG EOD
Week 11-15: Clomid & Kessar
*Adex on hand
My weight fluctuated a bit around when I was close to starting the cycle, moving from 90.7kg to 92kg. I am unsure of what my starting BF% was as I didn't have access to calipers. I'd estimate it to have been around 12%, judging by what I looked when I had my last readings taken.
Vitamins that I'm taking includes 0.5ml Vit B12 EOD, 3000mg Omega 3, 1800mg Vit C, 1 Pharmaton Multivit ED, 2 Liv52's ED and Zinplex (Zinc to keep skin clear).
Unfortunately my diet is uncontrolled due to lectures interfering with my meal schedule, but I aim at eating 4800 Cals every day. Basically eating chicken fillets (200g per serving), Cous Cous (200g per serving), Brown Basmati Rice (300g per serving), Cashews (100g per serving), Oats (200g per serving) amongst other meals whenever I get the chance.
Today is day 9, had my 5th shot today (and started B12), and my weight without shoes & clothes is at 95kgs. Hoping to exceed 100kgs by the end of this cycle. Any questions, crits or suggestions, please fire away!

So weight is still at 95.5kgs but I'm eating a lot more than I had been from the beginning of the week so hopefully that number starts increasing.
Had a bit of what I thought was a gyno flare, but I think it was just the tips of my nipples being sensitive from a slight rash I have from a thermal I was using on Tuesday, and this Cape cold (which I'm not 100% used to) is giving me what seems like permanent nipple stand.
Won't use Adex yet as when I'm warm my nipples and the area around them is as normal. If things get worse I won't hesitate.
Haven't noticed any significant strength increase from the Tbol (and the Test) so I'm just waiting for the Test to kick in for the real gains to start.
Feeling good other than that and the only complaint I have is the lower back pumps which makes training Hamstrings almost impossible with deadlifts etc and also with any aerobic exercise :pinch:

Also bought some Catafast (Cataphlagm generic) today which is helping a lot with the inflammation, but it costs R57 for 15 tablets and it's recommended at 2-3 tablets a day. Don't know how that compares to Cataphlagm but it's working which is what counts.
Still no significant change in strength or appetite but I'm eating much more than I was which is helping a lot I think with the weight gain. Not too phased if my BF increases, I think I'm going to aim for 105kgs now instead of 100kgs as before - it may be unrealistic but I love pushing myself to the limit

Training has been as normal, haven't noticed any significant change in strength but I'm filling out quite nicely. Still waiting for the strength increase that comes with Prop. Monday is the start of Week 2 so I'm sure I'll start noticing it more, soon.

Most of the stuff you say has nothing to do with the topic or anything we were discussing?

I must admit, endurance is beginning to pick up as I feel I can train for longer, but only with the same weights. Hoping to start making some progress this week.
@Johnny: I would be in my element if I was Frank McGrath's size, his build is what I aspire to look like one day. Getting there, one day at a time.

I must admit, I've never eaten as clean as I have over the past few weeks, and its helping me a lot with results.
Weight (in a towel) is at 98.7kgs. I'm also noticing that I'm getting a bit leaner which is nice. Strength is also beginning to gradually pick up, which is helping nicely too.
Lower back pumps are incredibly painful, especially when deadlifting, but I'm coping. The last 3 days haven't been the greatest in the diet department due to Concerta suppressing my appetite by quite a bit. This weekend I'm gonna go all-out, will fit in a cheat meal too just to keep me sane.
Gonna carry on pushing it as hard as I can, I've got my eyes set on the 105kg (or more) mark, which is only gonna happen if I start eating even more. Unfortunately my calorie intake changes on some days, but I'm eating a lot every 2 hours.
So far so good

Today is Day 21. Weight is a little down because I haven't bee able to eat properly at all due to my studies. Hopefully this next week I'll be able to concentrate on adding some more calories to my diet.
My diet is pretty much copious amounts of oats, cous cous and fish and chicken. Unfortunately I don't have the same schedule every day, so I'm just basically eating as much as I can when I can.
But it usually goes like this:
7.30AM: 200-250g Oats + 250g Chicken/Fish
10AM: 200g Chicken/Fish + 250g Cous Cous (I know I should be having fats here too)
12AM: 100g Cashews + 200g Chicken/Fish
2PM: 200g Cous Cous + 200g Chicken/Fish
5PM: 250g Cous Cous OR 250g Oats (with honey) + 200g Chicken/Fish
7PM: Shake [Post Workout] - doesn't really count as a meal
8PM: 200g Cous Cous + 200g Chicken/Fish
10PM: 50g Cashews + 30g PB/30ml Olive Oil + 250g Chicken/Fish
Note that this isn't every day, and sometimes I miss a meal. But I try to stick to that. Gonna start adding some Brocholli and Mixed Peppers to my diet this week.
I also don't eat brown rice as it fills me up quicker (from the water) and there's less calories than in Cous Cous. Plus, I just pour water over my Cous Cous and leave it for 2mins and its (nearly) done.
