Advice - First time user

Hi Guys

I've been following the threads for sometime and finally decided to post.

I am considering doing my first cycle in 6 weeks time and will appreciate any constructive criticism and help.

Stats: Age 27, Weight 88kg, BF 18%
Health: Heart - 100% (Just had it checked at the cardiologist), Bloods-100%

Brief history: I've trained for about 6 years but slacked after marriage. I am currently trying to drop my body fat to under 15% and have another 6 weeks to go with diet and training.

My goal from using gear: Lean mass and strength.

Proposed Cycle:
Test E: week 1-10; 250mg twice a week
Anavar: Week 8-10; 40mg ED
Week 11-14; 60mg ED
Proviron: Week 1-14; 40/50mg (depending on brand) per day
HCG: Week 4-14; 250iu twice a week

PCT 2

Queries:

1. Is TestE fine or should I consider sustanon for my first time?
2. Which brand is recommended for the test from the following: Schering (Pakistan), Alpha Pharma, PGW, Genesis & Axio

3. Is letrozole fine to keep on hand for any Gyno effects or should I consider Arimidex?
4. Does any of the above compounds make you sweat more than normal?

Looks good ...homework done just dont forget the body fat the lower the better the results

and just a heads up PGW test E = 300mg per 1 ml Cyp = 250 mg per 1ml ...so enjoy

Yes, regarding the TestE from PGW the pain is a concern. And this being my first time im trying to keep things simple and as painless as possible. I've been told that Test Cyp causes a little more water retention than TestE, and in my case of being Endomorph the little extra could be a little too much. I'm no expert so I could be misguided.

@Mike, Regarding my BF%, yes you are 100% correct. Like I said I've given myself 6 weeks to try and drop it further, if I am unsuccessful I will delay the start of the course until my BF is at an acceptable %.


Last few queries hopefully:

1. Does anyone know of any pharmaceutical brands that have Test E in SA, which is legally obtainable with a prescription etc? I know Pfizer and Al-Pharm make Test Cyp, but I don't know of any Test E. If anyone has info please let me know.

2. What are the correct needle sizes I will need for the Test and HCG?

3. Over and above the normal Multi-Vits and EFA's etc., I am considering using ONE-Cycle support or Purus Labs organ shield for the duration of the course. Is this a good idea?

as for test E causing inject pain ...I think the Boss got his wires crossed thats why he deleted ...no pain ...

As far as my knowledge goes Pfizer Depo test and Bayer Nebido is the only prescription test available in SA.

It was 00Pump's idea bud. The idea is to first assess tolerance for the DHT compound and then move up when things are safe, I think. Personally I don't agree with it either I think you should rather keep the dose high in the beginning to get blood plasma levels into the desired range and then decrease dosage when sides are too hectic. Just my opinion.

I taper all my cycles, and that works for me. The younger generation don't, doesn't matter, do what works for you but stay at the recommended max dose.

Im tapering the Var to assess my tolerance.
I understand what im doing has health risks, but at the same time I am trying to mitigate the risks as best as I can.

Regarding the half life and time to PCT, how many days is recommended to wait after using TestE & Cyp?
Reason im asking is that the PCT article states 56 days for Sus and the user on another post was advised to start PCT after 24 days. I need to make sure I wait the correct amount of time for my cycle

I am the ´user` you speak of. Thing is the waiting time is greatly influenced by the dosage you are using. I advised a waiting time of 24 days for Sus @250mg twice a week. If you are going to do 750mg (3x250mg) per week then you will have to wait longer.

The rule of 3x Half-life waiting period is spot on for a dosage of 500mg/week. So it´s 100% right for your question. It also works well (+-1 or 2 days) for dosages close to 500 e.g 600mg or 400mg. The reason why it´s so far off with Sus is that the Decanoate ester in Sus is only 200mg @500mg Sus per week.

The sooner the sight is corrected the better but how do u get to 24 days what am I missing ?
100mg or 600 mg it should still take the same time to disapear of praat ek k*k ?

Your total test levels only need to be less than 100mg for PCT to start. Not disappear completely. Then in terms of dosages:

E.g. you inject 500mg per week, and the half life is 7 days. The amount in the system:
Week 0: 500mg
Week 1: 250mg
Week 2: 125mg
Week 3: 62,5mg Start PCT

But E.g. you inject 1000mg per week, and the half life is 7 days. The amount in the system:
Week 0: 1000mg
Week 1: 500mg
Week 2: 250mg
Week 3: 125mg
Week 4: 62,5mg Start PCT

So you would have to wait a week (one half-life) longer.

Just a little update on my Test & Anavar cycle and also in need of advice.

In my second week of my first cycle which currently is as follows:

1ml Beyer Testoviron Monday morning and Thursday night.
50mg Beyer proviron split morning and evening.

Precautionary supps for liver and cholesterol:
6g Omega 3&6
3g CLA
ONE cycle support (from chrome)
Liv52
Solgar Multi vit



Questions...

1. I initially intended to run the test for 10weeks, but am now considering running it for 12. Is this a good idea for a first timer or should I stick to 10 weeks?
2. Is it best to pin HCG during my cycle or PCT?and if I should during my cycle can I pin 500iu once a week?
3. The way my anavar was initially planed at 2 weeks @40mg and 4 weeks @60mg I would need 112pills /3 bottles of anavar (LP). I would be left with 38 pills. Can I extend the duration of the anavar cycle without increasing my dosage to use up all the anavar? I don't want to exceed 60mg this time.

ok so with the HCG, I was initially goin to run it from the start of week 4 and end on week 13 (10 Weeks. Now if im going to run Test E for 12 weeks should I leave my timing the same or alter it?

And regarding the anavar, is it safe to extend the duration from 6 weeks to +-8 weeks or increase the dosage? I am considering either:

1. first 12 days @ 40 mg And
42 days/6 weeks @ 60mg
(just under 8 weeks)

2. 7 weeks @ 60mg

And from the above which week on course do yu advise I start the Anavar?

I calculate the HCG 10 weeks back from start of clomid but that is not written in stone some run it after 4 weeks till pct but then u will need extra ...
Anavar yes u can run for 8 weeks ..again some start 2 weeks before last shot ..I start a week AFTER last shot for 50 days at 60 mg or u can shorten by increasing to 80 mg half way

Hi guys, again Im in need of some help.Please can the guys who have used Test E and Prop in one cycle please assist.


My Dr injects me every Monday morning and Thursday evening but has lost favour in the testoviron amps as some are really difficult to break open. Two ampules have already broken and he has no time to file the ampule for me.He is already doing me a massive favour so I am not willing to push him and will be changing brands.

I have just started week 3 of my testoviron and have 2 ampules left which will get me through to the end of week 4. I am intending in sourcing PGW Testen which will only carry me through to the end of week 9. My aim is to run test for 12 weeks and anavar for 7/8 weeks. For the remaining three weeks (Week 10-12) should I get another vial of Test E or should I get the PGW test Prop and run it 1ml EOD which will last me 3 weeks with less water retention? and if I run test Prop how will it affect my time to pct and my bridge with anavar?

Sorry for the last min changes but what I take from the replies will now be carved in stone with no deviation.

Those brown amps are tight little bastards! You will be doing yourself a favor in any case to switch brands. Does your source sell single amps?

Yes single Amps without the box!! And you are able to wipe off the expiry/batch number with a little spit. Is this the same one you used?
