Equipoise & Anavar with a touch of Test Enathate

As jy wil kan ek jo se wat ek het en dan as moontlik N cycle uit dit sit...

My Diet is nogal streng en op di boll..wel ek dink so.
Probleem wat ek het is...sodra ek teskoon eet verloor ek gewig baie vinnig maar saam dit verloor ek ook baie spier..

Wil jy eers dalk my diet sien voor jy n cycle voorskryf?

but Oupa informed me of the cycle I have selected is incorrect.
and that we can adjust my diet to fit the cycle....

with a honest hart and needed advice I posted the diet.....hoping to find some advice to improve my body as
all of us are hoping to do.

that exact same diet dropped my weight from 98.6kg to 88kg

Yeah I see. I don't know if this makes sense but I wasn't laughing at you I was laughing at the diet? That comment wasn't aimed at you but I understand why you see it that way. I get a lot of questions on the blood type diet and there is just no solid science to back it up and a lot of science to say it's BS. The diet works because it counts calories and has good macros, not because you don't eat carrots, corn and beef.

Eq should be run longer then 10 weeks. Pyro help me a lot and I am sure he'll do the same with you .some time you need to see the funny side of things I found he's comment rather funny

I would just like to get a dry hard and solid full look.

I am not clear what the current cycle idea is but to comment on what I think.. For your goals EQ + DHT is spot on. EQ @600mg per week along with either Anavar @60mg ED or Winstrol @40mg ED. Is there a reason why you don't want to run a good dose of test? Never forget that test is best!

Sounds perfect to me......That was the idea.
Problem with adding another injectable is I have an issue with injection pain and as soon as I need to inject more than twice week at 1ml per injection, my bud gets this big golf ball and no matter how I inject it stays there. :pinch:


Cycle then will be as follow:
EQ @600mg per week 1-10
Anavar @60mg ED


PCT
Week 13 - Start PCT (Clomit 3Weeks)
Day 1 - 100mg (once off)
Day 2/15 - 50mg
Day 15/21 - 25mg

Please do advise on the PCT treatment if you don't agree with it?

I am sure you are just injecting incorrectly or using poor quality injectables. Where do you normally inject? Your cycle needs test hey! Test must be the foundation of every cycle you run. Your PCT is really bad. Read the article on PCT, read Muscleaddict's sticky thread on PCT, and go to the sample cycles and download 'PCT no. 2'.

I'll try correcting....I inject only in my butt and shoulders
I only use PGW..and according to the site pictures the product looks the same.
O.k so I'll add Test Ena @500mg a week.

Great will have alook at PCT,2 and do accordingly...

No not all injections mostly with high doses such as 300mg or higher...and yes Prop and Test ena....have not really tried cyp...
Think I'll try Cyp and give feedback...

I have found a contact that can help with Keifei.

Just an idea mate. I think I got a reaction to the type of oil the prop was suspended in.

Most likely the same...
Cause its only Test Ena and Prop with me.
