New Cycle

I am new to this forum. Well not new i always read the posts but only joined yesterday.

I would like to ask if you guys can assist me with a cycle.
First my stats.
Age30
177cm
85kg
BF 9-10%
Training since 16 years old.
The last 2years mostly doing Olympic lifting. Not competing but thats what i enjoy. Offcourse i squat alot and also deadlift once a week. Mostly press. Snatch and clean.

My cycle history.
I have done sust 250 and dbol
And prop and tbol. These cycles were more that 2 years ago.

I am currently looking for a longer cycle like 12-13weeks. I have test cyp and would like to use it but with what.
My goal is to lean out but also to get stronger.
I also dont have to use any anabolics if uou guys think a fat burner will help with the leaning out. I know the strenght will be affected then.
I am using noditropin hgh and fff.

I am flying on holiday for 10days over Christmas and dont know exactly what to as i will stil be on cycle.

Welcome to the forum. I would go with test cyp @500mg/week and EQ @525mg-700mg/week (1.5ml -2ml PGW EQ350). EQ does not give have many side effects compared to most steroids and gives quality lean gains and decent strength gains. Minimum recommended time for an EQ cycle is 12 weeks. Preferably a bit longer.

Must i use an oral or stay away?

lean gains fronload orals.. winnies, tbol, sdrol.

Long esters waiting for the steroid to clear your system, oral bridge works perfect.

Best until you know your body backwards, it will help you transition into your PCT a bit easier than waiting for the longer acting steroids to work their way out of your system.

Sounds good. Will maybe frontload tbol and bridge with anavar.
Sorry another question:
If i fly in December for ten days must i take the full dose of the week the day i leave and the normal the day we arrive back. Just worried about unstable hormone levels

Normal dose and normal dose when you back.

Thanks Pump. Sorry i am a bit slow. If I use 500mg test and 525mg EQ must i just inject 250 testand 262.5 mg EQ the day i leave and the the same when i get back?

With long acting compounds like that I do weekly jabs not twice a week. So I'd shoot the whole week and then when you back do it again.

If you want to kickstart with an oral I would go with tbol as it is more in line with your goals and very low in the side effect dept. For your bridge winny or anavar. Oral bridge or prop bridge is a must for me after using EQ. You will be ok going away for 10 days, just inject 750mg test and 700mg EQ the day you leave and when you're back you can continue with 500mg T + 535mg EQ per week.

Ok so I am starting with my cycle in 2 weeks time. Just waiting for my pct aromasin and nolva and clomid to come before i start anything.

Can you guys please assist me with the following:
I see Oupas crossfit cycle but i am leaving out masteron and my dosages is a bit higher. I am also going to kickstart with tbol.

My cycle is:
500mg test 15weeks
525mg EQ 13weeks
Tbol week1-4 but need help with dosage
Anavar 40mgfrom the day i stoped injecting EQ for 50 days and the start pct with:
Clomid 50mg 14days
Nolva 20mg 27days
Aromasin 20mg 27days
This is what i thought regarding hcg:
250iu twice a week from week 4 straight until pct. Will this work?
Sorry last question:
I am going to take aromasin 20mg eod from the first day. It is LP aromasin and capsules so cant take a lower dose. Is this fine?

I'm not exactly sure regarding the need of aromasin, but in the same breath it may work.

Tbol 40mg ed also bro. Hcg looks good.

Masteron is a unique substance and I don't think it is the best choice for this cycle, maybe to add it on but not to replace the EQ.

Hi guys i want to ask about my test dosage. Is 500mg good for 15 weeks or must i lower it to 375mg per week? 500mg feels so much. I am using PGW 250 test cyp so 1,5ml per week works out to 375mg per week

How does 500mg feel so much? Nothing is going to happen to you using 500mg, you not going to fall over and die. I would never advise to you a dose that I believe is to high. 500mg is spot on...
