hey conan,

been reading all your posts and just like the other members on the forum (doctari,MxT,Netro,Admin,jackrabbit1,precision,kevin,sorry if i have forgotten anyoneout) i take all your information to heart...could i ask you to suggest a good cutting and ripping cycle? one that aims to build some good quality lean muscle whilst burning the most fat possible...think everyone else will agree that your cycles that u have posted have been extremely good just as the sample cycles on the forum posted on the sample cycle page by MxT.

Running the ECA-Clen combo is optional(but helps a lot if getting super lean is your goal)if are eating clean you should not need it.Another thing is if you are sensative to sides from Tren or TestProp half the EOD dosage and inject everyday,this leads to more stable levels of these hormones in the blood.PCT should start 4 days after last tren shot.
I have not put dosages in for ECA and Clen as it is optional.I would also add HGH to this stack at 2iu/Day (but then it starts to get a bit expensive)
I think if you took a another 6-7 weeks off after PCT you will be ready to start your next cycle

that sounds like a winner cycle!! thanks dude,i am defiantly gonna keep this cycle in mind for the next... how would you change the protocol to make it a pre contest cycle?

Pre-contest cycles are much more complex and are between 15-25 weeks depending on the individual and a whole lot of other factors from thier budget to what condition they are currently in and how experienced they are also PCT and the use of pregnyl can only really start after the competition and may have to be futher pushed back if the guy wins for eg. the provincials and has the SA's the following week

Ok im 41 3rd year of competing,presently weigh 116.5 kg at 14% bf .i want to run a decent cycle leading up to the 23 august about 19 weeks now.money is an issue but just want value for money .can you suggest something

LSJ I'm taking it for granted that you're with the IPF as far as bench press comps go(ie random drug testing as well as drug tested events)Please could you send your current training program and give me an idea as to how you're eating and what weight catagory you plan to lift in as well as when you plan to compete.

Hi Conan, I'm not currently affiliated, first want to do 1 event. First compitition is first week in Oct. I would like to compete under 100kg. I am currently 91kg on the dot with little fat. I do not have a spesific diet at the moment, the only supplement I'm using is a simple Muscle Science proteien supplement. My gym program was more constructed for rugby. I would like to make a clean break from it.

I purchased the other day deca 300, 100 tabs win & d-bol. Is it a good combination to run 20mg of d-bol a day, 30mg win a day & 300mg of deca a week (not following a typical pyramid cycle. The PCT's im running after my cycle are kessar & clomid. My stats Are

ummm i would suggest u add test to your cycle, and then u front load you cycle with the dbol for two weeks and use the winstrol in the last two weeks of your cycle.
