Did they not give you any other figures? LH, E2?
Were you tested first thing in the morning, fasted? That is when test levels should be measured. It can have a major effect on the results. What are you current stats as well (KG/BF%)? Lowering your bodyfat generally improves test levels as well if guys are overweight.

DJ said I must go for the tests cause I was struggling losing weight. On keto I've lost 7 kgs in 7 weeks, which by comparison to other guys results isn't that great. But I'm happy about it none the less.
Would the lab references have taken into account that it was taken in the afternoon?

Yes to both questions. Any doc who gives a crap should tell you to do the test first thing in the morning before you eat.
The decrease in testosterone on a keto diet isn't an issue because the fat loss to muscle loss ratio is still way better than most caloric deficit diets.

When doing PCT, do I understand correctly if I say that it lowers estrogen levels and stimulates your body to produce more test itself? So will increased test levels after PCT be permanent, or will it decline after the pct?
And can I do a pct while on clen and yohimbine?
Thanks a lot for all the help!
