Hi. Does anybody have any tips about getting bloodwork done.
I have only run two beginner cycles in my life, Ive been training naturally now for the past 2 years.
If I hop on again I would like to do things properly and take all the precautions.
Must you do it through a doctor?
any suggestions? Im in Cape Town
