Hey Guys

In need of some advice, I want to drop some bodyfat before doing a cycle later this year. Getting married and all that.

current weight is 93KGs
Bodyfat: no idea but probably around 20%

I have been looking at getting either ECA Bomb, Venom or some Clen. I haven't used any of the above before so not sure which would be best. I do however know that I don't react well with Yohimbine.

current macros roundabout
Protein Gams:107
Fat Grams: 67
Carbs Grams: 82

Training is DC style rest pause with cardio on off days

I was using Yohimbine but switched to clen (drops). I noticed a difference with Yohimbine once I increased from 10mg per day to 20mg (split am/pm). Especially around the abs and love handles.

I am using clen 3 weeks on/2 weeks off. This is my 3rd week, my weight is down 3kg. But I am eating clean for 4 months now and working with a dietician since 2 April. So can't say if it is totally related to clen. I take 4 drops in the morning and 4 in the afternoon.

Hope this helps, I have not used the other products you mentioned as I generally try to stay away from fat burning and pre work out products.

any noticeable difference in how you physically felt on the clen vs yoh?

I'm with oupa. At 20% there's plenty of room with diet and cardio alone. Once the cardio and diet is in check bf should start dropping and then only consider using a fat burner.

With Clen, no difference, feel fine.
With Yohimbine, nauseous first week, surpressed appetite, stopped after 3 weeks and switched to clen

40mcg T3 for 6 weeks

Even me with Yohimbine, it hits hard even at 10mg, but it works so damn well with the Clen that it becomes a "suck it up buttercup" situation. Which one or ones to choose depend 100% on how you as an individual react to the compounds. Your diet is gonna hit the proverbial wall soon i.e. results are gonna just stop, because you are eating far too little for your weight. Your metabolism is gonna freeze up like my windshield this morning. When is the big day i.e. how long do you have for best results?

Okay so you have plenty of time to do things right and the place to start is that diet. Have you worked out your macro requirements? Post your diet let's see where we can improve.

Yeah still have a little more than 100 days. My love handles are the biggest issue.

Training 6 days a week now Push/Pull - Rest pause style going after the logbook each workout to improve from the previous workout.

Macros are set at

20% Carbs - 116 Grams
45% Protein - 261 Grams
35% Fat -90 Grams
