IGF-1 LR3 Welts / Skin Irritation was created by Appy
Hi guys,
I've been using IGF-1 LR3 for 2 weeks now and have only NOW started developing localized raised, red welts a couple hours after injection. I'm using the Nomad IGF-1 LR3 which is divided amoungst 10 vials so I'm not sure if its a 'dirty' vial or a reaction to the the actual IGF-1/Bacteriostatic Water? I have also heard of similar things happening with certain brands of HGH. Any information on why this occurs, if its safe to continue using the IGF-1 and guys that have the same or similar problems? If you guys could help, it would be much appeciated, thanks in advance.

Are you injecting IM or SQ?

There are a lot of theories about why this happens. The one I am going with which is the most scientific is that it's the result of a sloppy purification process after the IGF-1 is synthesized using genetically modified E Coli  bacteria.

The bacteria are engineered to produce recombinant protein peptides like HGH/Insulin/IGF-1 among others, and then they go through a complex filtration process. Dodgy Chinese labs don't always get that right and you end up with a contaminated product. The welts are at least a sign that it probably is not completely fake.

Thanks Muscleaddict, that makes the most sense and I have heard similar explainations on other forums. I used half the product without any complications and then BAM! welts within hours of opening a new bottle. So fingers crossed this is an isolated incident. Do you think its safe to continue using?

Depending on how bad the welts are. Look it is not going to kill you but if they get worse then I would put my health first and cut my losses. But I wouldn't use Nomad in the first place considering how many better options there are.

Unfortunately it's the only IGF-1 LR3 I can readily get a hold of. What other brands would you recommend looking into?
