Pre-cycle blood test results was created by Exiled
Hi guys.
Went to a doc this week to have blood tests done and received the results today.

I am 25
I have no prior cycling experience
I gym 4 - 5 times a week.
I've always been very conscious about eating properly.
I don't drink alcohol.

QUICK NOTE: Some other tests were done as well, reason being that the doc asked me some questions and actually wondered whether my thyroid is working properly.

Does anyone have an opinion on this? No idea why my redbloodcount, etc is so low. Test also seems on the very low side, or is it just me?
I'm slightly worried that if this is my base-level testosterone, a cycle might lower it even further (after recovery).

Just thought I'd have the members of this forum take a look and share their thoughts.

Thanks guys!

That is a bit late. 09:00 should be your latest and from 22:00 the previous night be fasted.

Your red blood cell count and hemocrit could be low due to a few things. Iron might be low. Your Vitamin D might be low do you get into the sun? Do you eat enough red meat?

What is your body fat at?

I think some of the guys like OOPump and Muscle Addict would like to see your LH and FSH levels maybe even Estradiol

It is on you. It always has been...

Thanks for the replies, gents.

Aah Rooibul, what a noob I am! I'll remember to keep the future tests fasted + early AM.

As for Vitamin D, I supplement about 3000IU [2 morning, 1 before bed] per day.
Don't get in the sun much due to having a desk-job.

The doc mentioned low iron as well so I'll try ingesting more via diet.

I am a big fan of red-meat, but truth be told haven't eaten much aside from chicken breast in the last 2 months or so. Big fan of eggs, though.

Body-fat is @ 12%-guesstimate.
1.82m / 6 feet
78kg

Thanks for the input, 00pump!

Your starting test level is only relevant for when you come off and have gone through PCT so you know what is "normal" for you. The cycle turns off / suppresses your own production regardless of the starting point.
