00pump wrote:  Just to give this thread some attention, updated my profile pic. I didn't do a cycle but was pretty fat from the lockdown and went back on TRT for about 8 weeks to feel human after an unsuccessful PCT with free test of 130 for 5 or so months. I'm not a bodybuilder or have been in over 13 years but just some home gym and diet by Empire, thanks bud for all your advise with my complicated low protein diets because of my kidneys and stuff. This is 30 days after my last shot of TRT due to trying PCT again for another little one.

Ah bro you will be there within a few months, you eat plants and I can only take in minimal protein  Stay working with Empire and you achieve great results. I might do a proper cycle after the next baby and see if I can push it a bit with my cardiologist keeping a close eye, just for 12 weeks, you get the itch and want to see what happens if you turn on the gas for a brief time. The only thing I'm worried about is dealing with the mental game, as if I blow myself up I can't sustain it and I got super depressed when I had to stop hard training and everyone asking why have you got so small, now at this size I can stay on or off gear, everyone knows where I'm at, so a catch 22, what goes up must come down.

Wish you the best of luck extending your family and with your health. Being big is a nice feeling but it isn't so great if your quality of life is limited due to health related concerns. But I'd be lying if I said i'm not keen to see what you look like after a proper cycle  . Best of luck!

100s bro, thanks man, staying positive about the fertility. I think my issue is the hard/soft wiring where by I started gear at 16, so doing a PCT where am I going back to, hormones develop to what age 24/26? So not having some baseline my body only knows exogenous testosterone or none at all  let's see what happens. Incorporated every single thing I could research to aid in recovery, keen to see in 4 weeks of I'm over the 300 mark.
