Beginner Cycle Feedback (My first Cycle) was created by Kevin.Kleyn
Hi Everyone,

Just thought I'll report back on my progress and personal experience while on this cycle, for whoever might concider this cycle.

So I'm still fresh into my cycle:

Day 18 on Dbol (40mg per day) and 5 Cyp pins in(2x 250mg p/w)

On day 3 of Dbol, I already noticed a difference, my biceps felt puffier.

Starting weight was 85.4kg. In the frist 13 days, I gained 1kg (900g to be exact). I have weighed myself again this morning, 90kg (18 days in) and I have in total gained 4.6kg so far. Obviously eating like someone who just got home from 21 days on Survivor!

My goal was and is to hit 12kg on this cycle but at this point I am not sure if I'll get to that, only time will tell.

So how has training been?...

Let me tell you, the first two weeks was same old, go in, train hard go home but BOY OH BOY this week has been a cracker!! Strength has gone through the roof and with that comes that rush just to push harder and fuck shit up!! Now I sit at work counting down the hours till I can go hit the iron again LOL

I guess if you look at the amount of weight I gained in 2 weeks and the stength coming in only after 2 weeks, it's just another example of each person reacting differently to a cycle. It's like only after 2 weeks my body realised it was on gear LOL!

Have I experienced any sides?

I have noticed my face becomes a bit oily but thats it...so far

I take 4 Essential Extremes a day, 2 an hour before I take my first 2 Dbols and then another two, also an hour before I take my last two Dbols. Just to try be on the safe side.

I have now decided that I am going to do a Tbol bridge but I will keep this updated as I progress.

Overall thoughts...great cycle!

As you know, eat,eat and EAT!

Empire was very helpful in guiding me to get me on the right track with my diet. I might just bug him later on for some tweaking advice ;)

Cheers chaps!

Sounds good bro. I am busy with my PCT now from my first test cyp only cycle. 2 x 250 p/w
Only put on 8kgs but was trying to stay lean so was happy with results.
I am the same oily forehead issue but the acne is fucking ridiculous towards the end bro.
No gyno or low libido issue at all.
Otherwise was pretty happy with the results. What brand did you use?

Have you got a second cycle in mind? I want to do a serious bulk, im keen to know what you did eating wise if you dont mind sharing?

Let us know

LOL I guess there's always a price to pay. - How long did the acne last?

To be honest with you, I'm concidering to run the same cycle right after PCT. - Is this possible or should there be some kind of cooldown period before hitting another cycle?

Same here, no gyno symptoms yet but I still have a long way to go but I do have AI in my lunch bag for when the shit hits the fan.

Buds, my diet is quite boring, hence me saying that I need to tweak it a bit but here it is:

I'm working on Maintenance of 2800cals and adding 400cals for bulking.

C=36% F27% P37%

Breakfast 07h00

7x Boiled eggs
125g Oats
2x Essential Extreme

Snack 10h00

2 Scoops Whey Protein
125g Oats
20mg Dbol

Lunch 13h00
150g Steak
135g Brown Rice
Mixed Veg (I don't weigh or count my vegies)
2x Essential Extreme

Dbol 15h00

Pre-Workout 16h00
1x Tuna
125g Oats

Post-Workout (5th and final meal)

150g Chicken Breast
135g Penne Pasta

I must also admit, the oats is alot to eat so I just blend it up and drink it as a shake, helps a shit load!!

Update:

I am now on 92.2kg. I have gained 6.8kg so far (22 days in).

I must say I have noticed that my ankles are quite badly swollen but I can see it's water.

I'm also experiencing a strange stiffness in my legs and calves, making me want to strench them the whole time, almost like you've been sitting in a car for a couple of hours.

Apart from that, no major sides yet.

That water isn't great to have. What is your blood pressure looking like.

I haven't check BP yet but I feel perfectly fine.

Will get that checked out. I'm finishing my Dbol on Thursday so hopefully the water will subside going forward.

Hi Kevin.Kleyn, you should get LP Armidex or LP Aromasin 5mg to help control your water retention issues. Go for a blood test first to see where your E2 is sitting to get a baseline, before starting with the above mentioned products.

Thanks for the advice Nos.

This is going to be a stupid question...Does the amount of water that one consume, have anything to do with this?

I'm asking becasue I drink on avarage anything between 6 to 9L water a day.

High blood pressure is called the silent killer because you usually feel completely fine until one day your kidneys or arteries have irreversible damage.

When you stop the dbol the swollen cankles will go down.

Wouldn't hurt to check E2 and your blood pressure, out of curiosity what is your bodyfat currently Kevin.Kleyn?

hence why you are suffering from even more water retention than usual with dbol and test cyp.

remember water loves fat, so you will hardly ever see a guy who is shredded to the bone holding much water. next with the higher levels of BF there is a lot aromatisation happening! so you be better off keeping calories moderate and try and cut some body fat in this cycle trying to recomp.

So would you suggest I go down to maintenance calories or even 200 or 400 below?

probably around 200 below,

its really difficult for me to say, as i dont have a lot of variables i need when i work with clients, so a lot of what i am telling you is quite vague.

Thank Empire.

I totally understand that but thanks for the advice.

I have already weighed out and frozen this week's food so I'll drop cals from next week and see how things go.

Increased body fat comes with an increase in the aromatase enzyme that converts test to estrogen which obviously causes water retention. Plus now the extra extrogen also causes you to store more body fat on cycle than you would if you were lean.

Nobody over ±15% body fat needs to eat over maintenance calories to gain muscle on cycle if you want an aesthetic physique. At maintenance calories your body will still build muscle while burning fat.

It is almost impossibly hard without elite genetics to lose body fat post cycle on a cut without losing your new muscle gains while your hormones are still normalising. Not happening. Then you just end up having to go on cycle again.

Muscleaddict, buds that's VERY helpful and makes so much sense too.

I think what I'll do for the rest of the week in the evening, is defrost my meal for the next day and re-weigh it to drop cals. I'll redo my meal plan this evening too.

The weird thing is that I just have the swollen cankles, I can't say that I have any other clear sign of water anywhere else.

Kevin.Kleyn you will be better off putting the Dbol in your cupboard for another cycle and lowering dose to maximum 250mg Test Cyp @125mg Monday and Thursday. Rather add MHR into the mix and lose the Bf. Guaranteed most of the weight you have gained will be water and fat.

Pleasure Kevin.Kleyn, remember don't chase weight..chase a look. You can weigh 90kg and look like absolute dog shit. Better to be in shape at 80kg. Chase the man in the mirror not numbers on a scale. Alot of gymrats are fat and out shape oh and they don't know how to diet. That one hour in the gym is important but what you do with the other 23 hours is equally important. Consistency
