what do you mean you dont know how i jumped to that conclusion? As in im far off the mark, or i got it right?I don’t know how you jumped to that conclusion.
I started bodybuilding in 2016, but I was messing about for 2 years and only took it seriously from 2018. I then started to add powerlifting in 2021 with a focus on squat and bench press. My cardio was cycling, but I stopped that after I fractured my coccyx in 2020. Now it is jogging and walking. I’m 26. I am 170cm and weigh 65kg.
