Female Beginner Cycle was created by CR7M10
I was looking at the Female beginner cycle which includes 5mg Anavar and the Female Stack. Is that not a lot of androgens for a female? I’m really concerned about virilisation.  Can I take just the Female stack alone or the Anavar 5mg alone. Will that be safer and effective? I was thinking about taking a super low dose of clenbuterol as an alternative option. Is 10mg clen effective? Thanx

Right down my wheel house here.

Are you currently menstruating?

Do you have regular periods? If yes how many days between cycles?(Every 25–35 days)

Age of first period:

Cycle length:

Period length:

Flow: ☐ Light ☐ Medium ☐ Heavy

PMS symptoms (rate 1–10):

Common symptoms: ☐ Mood swings ☐ Bloating ☐ Fatigue ☐ Cravings ☐ Cramps

Birth control method (if any):

Type (e.g., pill, IUD, injection, implant):

Name/Brand:

Duration of use:

Has your period ever stopped for 3+ consecutive months?

History of:
☐ PCOS ☐ Endometriosis ☐ Hormonal acne ☐ Miscarriages ☐ Fertility treatment

Current libido (1–10):

Are you pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive?

Occupation:

Job Activity Level: ☐ Desk-bound ☐ Mixed ☐ Physically Active

Average daily step count:

Daily screen time (hours):

Rate your overall life stress (1–10):

Rate your work stress (1–10):

Rate your home/personal stress (1–10):

How many hours of sleep do you get per night?

Sleep quality (1–10):

Do you use sleep aids (supplements, medication)?

Do you snore?

Do you have diagnosed or suspected sleep apnea?
If suspected, rate severity (1–10):

Alcohol consumption:

Frequency (e.g., daily, weekly):

Typical number of drinks:

Do you smoke or vape?

Do you use recreational drugs? If yes, list substances and frequency:

Do you suffer from ibs?

Is your bowel movement regular?

All of these questions seem a bit much, but women's androgen use is a very complex thing, you make roughly 3-5mg of androgens per week, now you are wanting to take 35mg of anavar and another 100mg of other compounds in female stack, there is going to be complications.

The best bet is to get blood work done, see where your free testosterone is, where your dhea levels are, and if you are on hormonal birth control, start on trt IF YOUR BLOOD WORK SHOWS LOW TESTOSTERONE.

Your first exposure should be non androgens( gh, clen, metformin, long acting insulin, and even telmisartan) and potentially trt, and then add in the androgens and even then, starting at 20mg per week(2.5mg anavar per day or 20mg primo) would be best after a year of non androgens.

Women's bodies are very complex, ibs affects estrogen levels, women are more likely to be hypothyroidism and have hashimotos, and most of the times women dont train hard enough before they jump on androgens.

They also generally have more hormonal issues with regards to cortisol, hence why we would want to check dhea levels as it is a precursor hormone to testosterone and estrogen in the body.

You are going to make your current life situation very bad when you add steroids to stress.  Seem's like you are looking for a quick fix to achieve something in a few weeks? And what is your age btw ?

Ok so the pcos is going to present as higher than normal androgen levels so building muscle isnt going to be an issue.

Your ibs will mean that there is going to be an issue eliminating estrogen, your shbg will most likely be high due to oral birth control..

Your stress and lack of sleep and quality of sleep will be more of an issue for muscle building.

Using a low dose of clen, with metformin will improve insulin sensitivity , but we need to sort out the ibs, is it certain foods thst cause flare ups?

Best bet is get inflammation sorted out, eat maintaince calories and fix your sleep issues out too.

Magnesium before bed, 10mg of boron daily.

Protein at 2.5g per kg, fat at 0.8kg per kg, and then balance carbs, 40% starchy carbs, 30,% veggies, 30% fruit. I don't know what current weight is so can't direct there.

WEight training should be progressive and training max 4-5 days.

Cardio 20x 5 sessions, heart rate 130bpm, plus 8000 steps too.

When I say sort out your sleep issues, we need to get that from a 4/10 to a 10/10. but at least your gut is moving once per day, that's a good sign, but we need to look at the quality of foods you are having to try and regulate your menstrual cycle, even if you are off od your pill. The issue with most pills is they can have an anti-androgen effect, but you are currently suffering from PCOS, so androgens would be high, but there are 4 different types of PCOS: 1 being post-pill PCOS 2. insulin-resistant PCOS. 3. Inflammatory PCOS. 4. adrenal PCOS. We need to figure out which one you have, which will also be largely determined by your diet. Do you have hypothyroidism or Hashimotos?

I don’t know how you jumped to that conclusion.

I started bodybuilding in 2016, but I was messing about for 2 years and only took it seriously from 2018. I then started to add powerlifting in 2021 with a focus on squat and bench press. My cardio was cycling, but I stopped that after I fractured my coccyx in 2020. Now it is jogging and walking. I’m 26. I am 170cm and weigh 65kg.

I have IBS-D. I am lactose intolerant. I try to avoid foods with lactose for the most part and lately have been avoiding foods with gluten as well. My gut is cooked (due to previous gut infections) so I am somewhat limited in foods than most people, but my diet is good and I drink 3litres of water daily.

I tested my blood in Jan 2025 and it said my Total Test was 0.5nmol/l, SHBG 118 nmol/l and FAI was 0.4% which is low. I am Euthyroid. I do have microcytic hypochromic anaemia without Iron deficiency. My anaemia doesn’t ever seem to resolve. In January the Hb was 11.1. It has improved from the previous time which was 10.5. But I have no memory of ever having a normal Hb. I have insulin-resistant PCOS. I take Glucophage XR 500mg BD. I honestly don’t think I need it because my glucose and Hba1c are the same whether I am on the meds or not. But I take it regardless. Only started it because I started having what I thought was symptoms due to glucose (red, burning feet and hands). I think it is something autoimmune-related or stress.

I forgot to add, I do have chronic inflammation. I have a CRP above 10 and a raised interleukin 6 which could be contributing to the PCOS and insulin-resistance. I think the inflammation may be caused by my gut. I know I have some absorption issues but I am not sure how to solve it other than avoiding certain foods. Although my iron is normal, perhaps it isn’t being used effectively leading to a low Hb.

what do you mean you dont know how i jumped to that conclusion? As in im far off the mark, or i got it right?
If youve got chronic inflammation, jogging is going to be a no go. Incline walking yes, jogging no.. also your training should be 4 days, a week and also 2 reps from failure so you can recover.

Ok so looks like you have a combination of insulin resistant pcos, and inflammatory pcos, as well as potentially adrenal pcos. You are like a Rubix cube.

If your HB1Ac is at 11 thats very much pre diabetic territory, and due to the massive amounts of inflammation ( this is not medical advice, and im not a doctor and dont pretend to play one on the internet) but you would be a good candidate for using retatrutide as it will cover the hb1ac aswell as the inflammatory aspect.

So you say you suffer from anemia, that doesn't present with iron deficiency? Do you eat red meat at all?

The low testosterone and high shbg would actually put you in line for trt, the best option is actually getting a free testosterone and dhea and cortisol based blood work done, as we may get away with dhea supplementation prior to trt, or both. Dhea is the precursor hormone to testosterone and estrogen. So if cortisol is high, dhea will be low as they oppose one another.

Get on to the boron(10mg), curcumin twice daily, 400mg magnesium before bed, 20mg zinc, 600mg ashwagandha at night before bed, and 200mg rhodiola in the morning. Get calories to 1800 to start. But id still look deeper.

Do you have blood work for your estrogen and progesterone? And when was the last time your period was regular? Also you said you are euthyroid, just because you are in range doesnt mean you are optimal, the 10 hours of sleep daily, and probaly cold intolerance and high hb1ac may be indicative of thyroid levels being low and potentially hashimotos from the chronic inflammation, sometimes you have to treat the body of evidence more so than treating the blood work..if you are feeling like a snail in a salt patch, but your blood work is in "range" that doesn't mean its correct for you.

Have you got your thyroid panel? T3 t4 and tsh?

Honestly, I would get some more blood work done,

Thyroid panel including antibodies.
cortisol morning
fasting insulin and fasting glucose to see the homa IR levels as you may actually be a candidate for lantus to pull that hb1ac down.
thyroid panel (tsh, t4,t3)
dhea

Then we have data to go off of.

My last Hba1c was in the normal ranges. It’s my Haemoglobin (Hb) that was 11.1. The belief is that I have anaemia of chronic disease without iron deficiency. I eat red meat twice a week at most. I’m mainly on a Mediterranean diet. I do have a progesterone and oestradiol but I took them on not so ideal days so they are difficult to interpret. My Thyroid panel was normal. It included TSH and T4 only.

I’ll probably get my bloods tested on days 19-21 of my menstrual cycle and then days 2-5 for remaining bloods.

When I had my stomach infection (H.pylori), I was on eradication therapy for a month and PPIs for 2 months. I sometimes get the occasional reflux and take a PPI when that happens.
