Hi Guys

This is my first cycle in a few years and depression is getting me down...

I am on a cycle of Deca 300 and test prop and in my 5th week and the depression is killing me
it started about 3 days ago..

I take 300mg of deca and 200mg op prop a week

will it help to up the test ?? because the deca is shutting me down ??
personly i think its a lack of test....
O yes and i take 20mg of kesser a day

Please help !!!!!

you will have to tripple your test (at least 150mg EOD), drop the kessar and get yourself a propper AI.

I'm pretty sure that you are totally shut down and the depression is a result of this. Who told you to run Deca at a bigger doage than test - that should be a fundamental rule in a steroids 101 book.

Better up your test and come right before you start PCT or you are going to want to slit your wrists when you start clomid.

That's a shitty cycle, should rather have used npp with the test prop. Or test e with the deca... Just up the test dose and you should star feeling better

As everyone else already said, increase the testosterone and never run nandrolone or trenbolone at higher doses than testosterone.

Problem found and solution given.

Hi thanx for the quick reply..the point of this cycle was just to get some lean muscle I am increacing the test but I am struggling to jab the prop EOD.can I use other test with the prop ? And gradually inject les prop ? @Thunderbeast what can I replace the keser with?

Test prop is a short ester. Switch to 3ml's test cyp (750mg) and pin that for 3weeks (split 2shots weekly) and then drop the prop at the end of week 3

I think stick with A-dex if you choose to run an AI. Letro might aggrovate the depression issues.

How often are you injecting your prop? It has to be injected regurlarly ( EOD ) to keep bood levels steady.
I would suggest rather buying testen 300 and pinning 1ml twice weekly. Arimidex is pricey but worth it, using kessar during cycle is a waste. It is called POST CYCLE THERAPY for a reason

Dobby8233, kessar can be used on-cycle to keep estrogen issues at bay. I wouldn't add it to a cycle including deca though as this can cause progesterone issues. Best to use an AI but only if dosages of aromatizing compounds are relatively high otherwise just keep it on-hand in case of estro-sides.

hi Hi guys

I upped the prop last night and I’m already feeling better lol

So from here on I will be taking 600mg prop and 300mg deca a week

According to the dude who worked out my cycle I must start with EQ in my last 4 weeks or so ….does it sound right ?

This is supposed to be a lean muscle /cutting cycle

O yes and im only on week 3 of this cycle not week 5 …I was confused yesterday F***ing depression..

So basically it’s a test prop ,deca 300 and EQ cycle

Hey bud , who ever told you to do this cycle doesn't know what he is talking about . First off you ran deca higher than test , wich is a no go , and then he told you to use equpoise for the last 4 weeks . Equpoise needs to be run a lot longer than 4 weeks , you should have started with the equi at the beginning of the cycle .

No. Just finish this kak cycle and do a pct. Ask advice here when you do your next... Equi has to be used for atleast 12 weeks with 14 weeks being an even better option. 525mg will be a good start.

200mg every second day with the prop would be fine

It also doesn't make sense running prop with deca. Prop is the test you would choose to help with water weight over the long test esters (test enan and test cyp). All the water retention benefits from the prop are just going to be drowned out by the bloat from the deca. You should have either run:

test cyp (or test enan) with deca (bulking)
or test prop with equi (cutting)

Also please don't run Equi and Deca together - the sme principle applies....equi has water weight benefits and deca will cancel these out.

Like Jakes said, please don't listen to the guy who gave you this advise ever again! I mean how can he even consider telling you to run equi in the last 4 weeks of a deca cycle.... its beyond me!

I always keep letro or arimidex on hand, I have seen way too many people with gyno problems! A mate of mine is getting surgery done next year to remove all the tissue he has developed.

I had mine removed about 6 months ago … its not that bad but a costly procedure if your medical does not cover it ..
