Where I'd Love Input:
- Are there any potential flaws or redundancies in this stack for a body recomp and I am over doing it?
- Suggestions on timing/dosing tweaks?
- Any adjustments needed on the training volume?
- How does my nutrition look?
Any feedback or suggestions for improvement would be greatly appreciated!
