Major gyno issue

Got a prob and need a bit of help

since 16 i've had some puffy nipple issues that have only gotten worse over the years of using aas....i wanna know if theres anything that i can take that will make it go away...really not keen on forkng out 20k for the surgery

Eish that teen gyno is tricky, the guys i work with always say the quick fixes almost always only work on recent damage done, how old are you and how bad is it now? Lumps? Bumps? How do they look?.
But anyway your strongest and best bet would be letro you can try the reversing trick:
Day 1-0.5mg
Day 2-1mg
Day 3-1.5mg
Day 4-2mg
Day 5-2.5mg*
*stick at this dose till gyno dissapears and for a week or so extra then taper down exact same but in reverse and stick at 0.5 for a while, then taper down from that and take some kessar for the rebound.
Pump has first hand experience with just about everything to use against GyNo aswel as the surgery, so iam sure he can add to this.
Parlodel is also an option, guys hav had success against the puffiness with this.
But they both come with their fair share of sides. Not fun stuff.

Err I have had the same issue since i was a teen 2 although they seem to stay the same, i am 24 now and need to have the surgery done but there is a surgeon here in klerksdorp that does it for less, not 20k and he is legit, according to 2 different doctors i have seen it is not fixable with medication... thank god my dad is sending me for the surgery later this year,

i am 23 now...when i feel around the nipple area i feel like a hardish disc thing behind the nipple. and my nipples are puffy and soft...but when its cold they look normal?! what kind of sides are we talking about with regards to the letro and parlodel?

Thats the contributing factor.
But anyway man yea thats typical gyno hey.
The sides:
Letro- weakened immune system, dry joints, below zero sex drive.
Parlodel- dizziness, nausea, and general kak feeling for about a week then those should ware off and other sides if any are minimal and mostly personal.
But they are for different types of nipple problems/ gyno related issues and for your issue the only one that could possibly make a change and has been reported to reverse gyno is letro.
Its worth a shot?

A mate of mine just had the "lumps" removed again. But i recall him saying his medical aid is paying fully for it. Doesnt medical aid cover this kind of OP?

No medical aid will not cover cosmetic, also if you let them know about the op they will know you using gear and thats not the best idea.

No medical aid will not cover cosmetic, also if you let them know about the op they will know you using gear and thats not the best idea.

But you not gonna go in there and say look doc i grew titties cause of gear. And unless they do thorough gear tests how would they know that its not just a imbalance in the body causing it.

It still doesn't matter, cosmetic will not be covered unless lumps are cancer

that sucks. this is why arimidex is always included now im my cycles. Dont even like to feel itchy on niples never mind puffiness or lumps.

i have puffyness and I have just laid out for gyno surgery, so you can understannd i'm pissed off.....

going to buy some more letro and try again, when using the letro it went away for 1 week then decided ok now that its working let me dose up... and hence it went pair shaped...

Since letro rapes the body at those high dosages which you need to remove the lumps and still you not guranteed to succeed. Is not a healthier way to just go under the knife?

i'm going to try letro 3 months, it should work...

no, we did in the begining, then I felt it was wrong and said that we should rather not.. agg, just a commitment we made.. we decided not to base our relationship on sex... and in doing so our relationship has really become something amazing... when we get married and re-introduce sex then it will be something we both can look forward too.. specially after her boob job she is getting in March, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
