You will never build big arms with drop-sets.Do 4 sets x 8 reps,8th rep should be failure.Do your arms on your back training day, also include deadlifts and squats into your routine.

Was just gonna ask that. Too much orals.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

Is this your first cycle?

shoe if i ate 2500 calories i'd cut to pieces...

You training looks ok, how many sets you doing per body part? also do you swop biceps with triceps? another thing do you put in as much on Friday as you do on Monday/Tuesday? Why I ask is 5 days a week really taxes me and I swop my stuff around and make sure I start a different body part each week.. never get my body into any kind of routine.. You want to grow your arms, you going to need to destroy them.

I do 4 sets of each exercise and I do 6 exercises per body part. I do one exercise of biceps and then on exercise of triceps and so forth. No every monday is chest and every tuesday is back and so on..........should i change it. So if you say i must destroy my arms, does it mean that i should do arms twice a week or do more exercises or more weights?

bro, dont take this the wrong way,how can u tell me u are eating 2500calories and u do not have a single gram weight next to the amount of food u are taking in.... it like saying a banana has 100calories in it,but is it a banana the size of your arm or the size of your index finger... u dont quite realise that u need to weight your food... some one can tell me that 1 scoop of whey protein is 22g of protein, but is it a flat level scoop which proably weighs 20g (so there is not 22g of protein in that) or is it a heaped scoop which could weight 35-50g (which means there is more than 22g of protein in that scoop) someone can tell me to have a tablespoon of peanut butter but i can take a teaspoon and fit more on the teaspoon than on a tablespoon...u have to weight your food to be accurate... and u need to up your protein and carbs and fats if u are trying to put on any muscle...

I started yesterday morning with a custom DJ diet and tonight will start my 15 week cycle(WHOPEEEEE!!!!).
DJ's diet makes a helluva lot more sense than my old miserable diet. Will keep everyone updated on diet and cycle.

Footnote: If that ain't marketing then I don't know...LOL...

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Why I told you i'm eating 2500calories per day is because the trainer at my gym gave me this diet and said with this I would get roughly 2500calories per day in, where can i find a proper diet then? How many calories do i have to take in if i want to weigh 90kg

Okey know that I know my diet is faulty and that I must concentrate more on my diet, would you say that the cycle looks good? Or what would you suggest?

the diet is the most important.. first sort out the diet, and train hard, eat correctly, and rest adequately.. then after you have done that for a while, start looking at aas...

dude diet is 80% of the work,if u are not getting in enough food u will not grow at all even if u are on steroids... its like putting nitrous in a 1.4 and saying u are going to take on a ferrari and win,but what about your breaks(fats) your suspension(carbs) and the rest of your engine(protein) if they are not all upgraded your nitrous is a big waste... u can email me for a proper diet where u will weight everything to the gram and u will see how many calories u really need,i do charge for custom diets but it will be custom to your stats not some cookie cutter diet off the internet... it would be a valuable investment into your body to follow a diet by DJ.
i have been on a diet he made for me for a week and a half now, HUGE difference... if your diet is in check everything else will follow..
