hey guy this is what ive got planned for my next cycle!
week1-3 test suspension
week4-8 sutoplex325/ 650mgs per week
week9 testoviron250/ 500mgs per week
week10 testoviron250/ 250mgs per week
week1-5 decaplex300/ 600mgs per week
week6-10 stanozolol100/ 200mgs per week
week1-10 anapolin/ 50mgs per week

this is my 4th cycle
im 1.80m at 82kgs and 23years old

please let me know what u think

week1-10 anapolin/ 50mgs per week
u are wasting your time, anapolin should be taken daily and no longer than 25days as its extremely liver toxic. week4-8 sutoplex325/ 650mgs per week
week9 testoviron250/ 500mgs per week
week10 testoviron250/ 250mgs per week
week1-5 decaplex300/ 600mgs per week

scrap that idea... run deca for 10 weeks at 300mg either use the sustplex or testoviron but run it for 10 weeks at about 600mg a week, u dont need to up and down the dosages...

if u are using a sust type thing u dont need the test suspension in the beginning aswell as u will be using an oral like anapolin...

if this is your 4th cycle then u must've done some really shit cycles before cos its plain to me that u dont know how to design a cycle...

simple cycle to do is this..
week 1 - 10
2 mls susoplex
1 ml decaplex.
week 1-4
50mg anapolin daily.
week 12-16 pct... do u know what a pct even is???

also how long have u been training for and what does your diet look like... if u are only 82kgs after 4 cycles u need to shoot your supplier and ask him for your money back...aswell as u need to get a proper diet cos u are not gonna grow with out proper nutrition...i could get u to put on 4 kgs in 4 weeks on a new diet alone excluding anabolics..

thanks man i would look in to that i was on asimple cycle before. i took:

week1-10 sust250@ 2ml per week
week1-10 tribolone75@ 2ml per week
week1-5 dianaball@ 30mgs per day

ive been training only a year and in this time went from 67kgs to 82kgs. i was up to 86 kgs but lost 4kgs after the cycle. i did pct only after my last cycle for three weeks in witch i used pregnyl.

another question i have is ive been clean for only two months now can start with a new cycle after 2months? i did do the pct though. the reason i want to use the suspension at first is cause it goes to work real soon. i did fuck up on my first two cycles, but i think i got the last one rite?
what if i do my cycle like this then:

week1-3 suspension
week4-10 sust@2ml per week
week1-10 deca300@ 1ml per week
week1-4 anapolin@ 50mgs per day
week5-10 kessar@ 2tabs per day=40mgs

when can i use my stanozolol then? should i use it in another cycle? i start my pct a week after my last shot so it would be in week 12 then. im thinking pregnyl and clomid?

please let me know what u think?

dude time between cycles should be time on + pct = time off,so if u are on for 10weeks and 4 weeks pct = 14weeks off.. so no to early... post up your diet,i wanna see that... your training split will also be needed aswell to see where adjustments can be made.. use the stanazol from week 10-12... u have a two week window period to utalise there in order to wait for your pct to start.

if u are using sust and anapolin u wont need suspension..u have a big thing with suspension that it can cause infections and u dont want that..bacteria loves water...it thrives in it..drop the suspension altogether... drop the kessar in your cycle cos if u suffer from progesterone based side effects its gonna leave u with lactating man boobies combining a 19nor and kessar together... if your diet is right u wont really put on to much water...

if u are worried about water use a-dex or letro to combat it whilst on cycle...

okay so i should wait another month before i start.
and use this for my cycle:
week1-10 sust@ 2ml per week
week1-10 deca@ 1ml per week
week1-5 anapolin@ 1tab per day
week11-12 stanozolol(its the 100mgs/ml so what dose?)
week13 start pct

my diet:
6:00 shake
7:00 6egg whites, three whole eggs and outs or pronutro
10:00 shake one banana
13:00 200g steak, spagheti, mix veg and one green apple
16:00 shake and one banana
18:00 training
rite after training i eat: shake, 2 chicken bteasts and white rice.
i train about 1:30 tot 2:00 huors.

keep in min i work from 8 to 5.

ok bro your diet is shocking...email me,EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED... i do charge for diets but i do follow them with u making weekly adjustments,if u want decent growth u are not eating correctly...also u need to weight everything...now lemme guess u also use a USN shake?? u need basically 8 things in your diet. 1. oats,2. whey protein. 3. good healthy fat source(Nuts,mac nut oil,olive oil),4. chicken,5. eggs,6. lean beef mince,7. Simple high gi carb source,8. dedication...all the other things other than that are nice to haves but with out the basics u are gonna fail..u dont need to the banana's they are an inferior carb source other than before or after training and even then i wouldnt go for fructose of dextrose...

holy shit i didnt see that... 1 year bro u are nuts...but everyone who sells stuff these days is an expert...there is a little old man in durban...a guy said to him he is prepping for a show using a keto diet...whats the one thing he tells him he must take? insulin... Ive actuly done 3cycles. i use evox 100% whey protein. some times i buy bsn true mass or optimum nutrition but its quite xpensive though. Is the evox 100% whey any good then?

mcpump what we are saying is 3 cycles in a year at 12-14 weeks in length is to much for ur body... get whey from www.basicsupplements.co.za u will save yourself a shed load of money...

give your self 2-3months with a proper diet and let your body become adjusted to your new calorie intake then go for it...i would suggest only doing a cycle in 2-3months from now...

ummm explain to me how using slin is going to benefit u when u are using a protein and fats diet? no carbs?that will just send your blood sugar levels crashing...and make u go hypo...there is a difference if u are a type 1 diabetic not some one who is using insulin for growth... yes using slin post cheat meal can get u into ketosis faster but i dont suggest u do that...also insulin is your storage hormone,why would u want to spike insulin and replenish your muscles with fats in your blood stream? the whole point of keto is to keep your insulin and blood sugar normalised and create an energy deficit and burn fat...why would u want to play with your insulin levels if u are trying to keep them stable... keto and slin for growth dont go... moderate carbs and fat and slin yes,but u need carbs unless u like going into a coma and passing away...

u can use slin extremely effectively and without problems while following keto-principle based diets.
infact i wouldnt follow any keto diet without slin as i would be wasting far too much muscle and not gaining as much as i would like to.
i wouldnt take slin with fats but slin is not only for carbs.
infact the more u get experience with slin the more u start to discover other things.
ur right about the fats, but one dude with keto without slin will have less results than the same guy on keto and slin. thats a guarantee. you only need to individualise each program and suit the diet around the slin.
i sugges you familiarise yourself completely with slin as in personal experience and when u feel u have mastered it, you can try it on keto. you will feel and see better results

bro what may work for u may not work for others and there are far to many risks running slin without carbs in my eyes...it just doesnt make sense... i dont see the point in using slin either... others differ on that point but i find the risk to high even if u do know what u are doing...if u are loosing muscle with keto then u are doing something wrong or your carb ups on the weekend are incorrectly,i know a natural who when dieting for a show lost 15kgs of fat and put on 6.5kgs of muscle in a space of 20weeks cos of his carb up protocol...but like i said to many risks with slin and keto...u may think otherwise but thats your opinion...
