Hey guys

Just a couple of quick questions.

My current cycle is

Week 1-4 Dbol 40mg
Week 1-12 Test Ent 300mg
Week 1-12 Test cyp 250mg
Week 1-12 Equi 350mg

I had 4 amps of oregan sus 250 in my closet that i used with the frontload 250mg a week

Doing doctari's pct protocal

Letro is 0.25mg a day

In my second week. feeling great already can see results. picked up 2 kg and bf dropped slightly. vascularity is really showing.

Now the questions are as follow:

Do you guys think i must buy extra 8 amps of sus250 to run right through the course?

Then the original idea was to bring in clen and winstrol in the end of cycle. But can i extend the cycle a extra 5 weeks to tone up and cut it down, like stated below?

Idea is as follow: Please correct

Week 13-17 Test prop 100mg EOD
Week 13-17 Equi 350mg
Week 14-17 Stanza 50mg ED
Week 13-17 Clen tapering on and off using beta sleep 2 weeks on, one week off and then 2 weeks on again.

With Nice clean Keto.

I like it, looks good, I would just drop the Equi 2/3 weeks sooner.

Add the Sust only if you want/need to take the total mg amount up

The reason with the sus, i am liking the early results of the sus and the estro sides are at bay so the test level will be at 800mg a week that i believe my body will respond quite well to. And the idea of the equi was to pump it that extra weeks to get the full potential, and it gives me great appetite and endurance that i think will help with the keto.

and can always start the pct 2 weeks after last shot maybe extending the clen in that 2 extra weeks?

I can't see a problem with it, so if you are comfortable running the cycle that long, I say go for it. Just make sure your PCT is 100's, your recovery could be tough.

Week 1-12 Test Ent 300mg
Week 1-12 Test cyp 250mg
Week 1-12 Equi 350mg
Total 900mg + 250mg Sust

Jip that is what i am planning. think i will definately get good gains and with the cutting in the end, will drop my bf moer low with keto. After my injury and i lost my body so gotta take it back :woohoo:

I think with a cycle like this, you definitely need to do before and after photo's!!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Why drop the Equi slightly earlier?? Equi only kicks in FULLY at about week 10.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Haha mr Sa i did the before photos. And i almost cotched when i saw myself. I mean where i was 2 years back and now. Now when i did the before photos i actually improved alot from where i was. 2 years back, 94 kg 8% bf looked bloody good. Torn my shoulder and worked kept me busy, it took a toll that i started dopping hard on rum and coke and your regular fast food a year back from now weight was 105kg bf 31%. trained again serious till jan, started a CKD but not that strict, i experimented alot with portions and calorie intakes. i dropped from 105k bf 30% to 97 kg 21% till march. And before i started my cycle i was 97kg 18% and on the second week now weight is at 100kg bf 17% so i am keeping mass as lean as possible. Many would say i musnt bulk because my body is use to put on fat rather than muscle becuase bf was that high, but in my experience hitting testosterone drops my bf nicely while getting muscle mass. It is all up to the diet. I didnt get dj's diet this time. Not that i dont trust the man but wanted to prove something to myself. After this cycle I will see what gains and improvments the were and the next one i will make it a serious one. with dj's help. There is no rush in perfecting your body.

He's ending his cycle with a short ester(Prop) and Winny, which makes it possible to begin his PCT sooner than if he had to run the Equi up until week 17...

Jip but BB dont think it will make that much of a difference if i extend pct 2 week extra. to let the equi pass through but another question is do you think i can drop the letro after the bulking as the prop doesnt aromatise. but lets say taper it off over the time being on 0.3mgED then tapering off to 0.2mg then 0.2 EOD ect till pct starts. Just incase of estro rebound i know the dosage is very low but rather not take the chance of getting the estro on the cutting.

Either way should be fine then. I thought maybe you wanted to start PCT immediately, hence the Winny and Prop, my bad.

If you gonna do a mini cut the last few weeks, then I think you might as well stay on the Letro and taper it down so that when you start your Nolva, you should be off or almost of the Letro.

Even though Prop doesn't aromatize a lot, you more than likely will still have high-ish E levels from the long esters, which you know might hamper your fatloss/hardening-up at the end

Yes definitely. thats why i thought about the tapering off.
But thanx for the info BB will bump you a karma. We will see how the cycle will end hahaha. all depends on how the budget adds up, still gotta pay the bills hahahaha

Guys need some clarification.

i get heavy back pumps when i did a 15min squash session. Just did the cardio session to get the blood flowing again.
It is not the kidneys i know for a fact hahaha but feels like my lower back goes into spasm. Can anyone clarify

Yea i get it often hey Rooz,

Especially with high dht and bad with var but i don t think you have any of that in your system??

You on the d-bols already?? training more than usual?? done back recently etc>> may be that your body is just feeling the burn a bit nothing to worry about should go away shortly, if not then worry;)

Hahaha ja its 3rd week on dbol. Training intensity increased, and pushing the limit on the weights. broke my PB on the legpress hahaha my leg strength went through the roof. i drink my water and diet is keeping good.

But my partner doesnt get the pumps and i get called the bitch hahaha. Just wondered why this happens. But i must state i can feel my body needs heavy rest didnt get muchsleep in recently haha

Hahahaha mmmmmm i think you can be right i found my weight and i am going to stick to it till i can get my 10 reps out hahahaha. but could be the legpress. well i am happy with the results. 4 kg up so far and bf down by 1 so maintaining good.

Hey guys just a quick update on stats.

Weight is 104kg

bf is down by 2% will get an accurate reading on end of cycle. Can see it that my vascularity has increased significant. Abs are showing, all over hardness.

Strength has increased greatly with good endurance, just finished the dbol and my sus 250 is finished as well there was just 4 amps but now my quick question is there is going to be a drop in test and that i dont want, will you guys say stay with the sus or can i increase the test cyp?

Any comment guys? even if you guys can give your view on the cyp vs sus. the funny thing is i am proning to a nother bottle of cyp as with test this cyp has made me extemely hard. Not that much water. think that certain drugs work very different with others but pgw cyp is working very good for me no complaints. Can i also be mistaken the hardness is coming from 250mg of sus a week

The plan was keeping on with the sus but i got a cyp by a mate for free. rater looking in to use that rather buying sus and burn into my savings for the 5 week cutter
