Taper down T3 and stop immediately. It should not be used without AAS. 8 weeks out from what? Whats your bf%?

8 weeks from competition ..or is it 7.. 21 Sept.. doing body beautifll.(figure)

Body fat.. i am unfortunately privilege to train in a town and a gym where no one knows how to take fat, so i had to train my hubby. According to what we got, fat was 19% 3 weeks back. need to measure again.. i guess

are you sure you are in ketosis with all those carbs in your diet. surely you cant be in ketosis.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

Gabs correct you have way to many carbs to be on a keto diet.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

Post pics so we can see guess your bf% If it's 19% there is no way you are going to be able to compete in 8 weeks. Also figure is for women. Just remember those guys there are usually a bit taller than the average bodybuilder, so be warned.

Definately not a keto diet, apart from the carbs, I seriosly dont see any fats whatsoever. On T3 you are going to be highly catabolic on this diet.

Look the major problem is that this is not a ketogenic diet as you stated. In terms of macronutrients intake it does seem to be decent for your goals and I have also just realised that you are a woman which is major factor in terms of your use of T3 and non-use of AAS. It would also explain that at 19% body fat, you will definitely be able to cut down to the fitness competitor bf for women which is around the 15% mark in an eight week period.

i think the major confusion on this threat was 1) the fact that you called it a keto diet and 2) The fact that 90 percent of us thought you were a guy

Sorry for that... there is no other forum (in SA) for women, so i joined this one.. and i learned so much. so the diet is okay.. oh i think he called it a keto diet.. so I assumed he knows what he is talking about, maybe he made a mistake.

check the pic... thats me.... i am a "WOMEN" and no offence taken at all, coz i noted that 95% on the forum is men..

Thanx for your help..

I wouldn't crit her physique from that pic and angle alone. She is flaring her lats out as you do when on stage. Nothing wrong with a bit of width and I mean its figure not bikini.

She is competing in 8 weeks, do you think your advice adds any value? At this point emotions are up and down and your opinion whilst you are fully entitled to it breaks down rather than builds up.

@koe. THank you. The only thing i use right now, and for the first time, was clen and T3. thats it. I am currently on 2 weeks off, so i can run the last 5 weeks again (using keto, clen and T3).

not used any AAS before. This is the first time. What change would you recommend on the diet.

As for the lats issue, i am 100% content with where i am, and going. As much as i would like to comment further, i dont think it would add any value to it, except to say, "dont be a second hand lion about it"

I will upload pics and then you can ADVISE and DIRECT,.. as i understnad this is what hte forum is about, giving assistance and guidance...TA.
