advice for youngster was created by ice-rip
Hi all

There’s this guy in my team at work that has come to me for advice so I thought I’d post up to get you guys expert opinion. Ill post up his pic in a sec and you’ll see why im interested in helping him as I think he can definitely be competitive in the near future. Now I’ve helped a few guys construct some simple diets and cycles but nothing to meet the goals of somebody who would like to compete hence me seeking advice.

Ok so here are his stats

21 years old

5 years training experience

1.7 metres

70 kilos

I gauge him at 8% bf. Whats your thoughts?

I worked out his bmr to be 1761 calories x 1.55 =2729 calories

Added 20% to get his daily calories for bulking at 3275 calories daily

Based on his lbm and protein at 2.2g/kg, I worked out his protein at 150grams ed

Fat at 0.8x lbm = 50grams ed

Carbs make up the balance of calories at 550grams

1)       is that macro split sufficient to ensure optimal results for him so I can structure his diet around that. based on pic below, he is very lean so we will have carbs across all meals2)       I know we don’t normally recommend gear to under 25 but if I don’t help him, he will go elsewhere and probably not get the best help and end up doing some dumb shit. His knowledge of gear is shocking too so rather I help him than him seeking elsewhere. I was thinking as his starting cycle to do 500mg test cyp a week for 12 weeks and 40mg dbol ed for 4 weeks. Or can one jump straight to a 19 nor cycle to ensure optimal results in their first cycle (taking his goals into consideration) based on receptors etc being the most responsive. If so then hcg will be run during cycle to ensure recovery later. pct 3 will also be done properly.

Here are some of his pics. Whats the best way forward regarding his diet and cycle

Thanks guys

He definitely aint small, well 70kh is light but if you consider his height and from the pics it looks like he is pretty solid, has built a good foundation naturally :) thumbs up to that!!

With regards to the cycle,in my opinion you should stick to Test Cyp 500mg and dbols 30-40mg, keep the first cycle simple and basic bro. He will gain some good size on this being that his diet and training are in check. No need to complicate things now, cyp and dbols are perfect!

As to the diet, the protein you can push up a lil, but otherwise all looks good :)

Have a word to DJ if you aren't sure about the diet part ;)

Regarding his diet. Do you perhaps know on how much calories he is taking in at the moment? 3275 calories for someone with 64 kg lean mass is a lot. Take his calories from his current diet and work from there by increasing it slowly.

His diets up to krap. He eats his 1st meal around midday which is mcdonalds or kfc and then supper. I know. Lifes not fair right. Yeah I plan on making gradual increases from 2200 calories increasing by around 200 week or do u reckon I should increase by more.

My opinion - He has cycled before. Who cares, looking good.

Give him a Test/Nandro/Masteron cycle.

Bro. My 1st instincts was that he did and I pestered the oke to own up. But his lack of knowledge seems legit or either he faking it very well. When he asked me what I suggested he use, I said test cyp. He had no idea and asked then whats sust. When I tried to explain the different esters to him, he looked at me like I was speaking german. Lol. Yeah but I think he is for real hey. Hasn't used before because he believed a whole lot of nonsense about steroid makes u fat etc etc

yea this ^

dont know how he could be that size, 8%bf and eat mcdonalds and shiz
i mean you can say he trains hard etc etc, but training hard doesnt get you that body without diet

nonetheless he has a good body, and with the right cycle+diet down he could really be impressive

Start of with 2000 calories, just to get his system going. Increase 200 calories every 2 weeks. I believe this guy can be natural, just one of the lucky ones. Any idea how his legs look?

Then that explains his size for his weight. Put him on a diet and check how his body reacts to it and take it from there. No use in starting gear if his diet is a hit or miss.

Try to get him on diet 3-6 months, I am pretty sure he will get decent results and this will motivate him more.

Haha.. Guys saying he has used before.. Really? If you think that isn't achievable naturally then you have issues. I have mates like that, one of them is 100kgs ripped and massive, all natural....

I highly doubt that's all he eats all day everyday. Please, lets be realistic. And yes, I have friends who have no idea what a diet is, eat the biggest load of crap, get pissed twice a week and are twice that kids size and just as lean. Some are just naturally lucky and gifted.

@ oupa - its his first cycle, don't you think masteron and a nandro are a bit much?? Test Cyp and Dbols are perfect for a first timer??

The nandro might be a bit harsh but the masteron will do good things for him. He is already fairly lean and the masteron will make him hard.
