lmao!!! Havn't tasted it yet, just heard that you get different flavours. Whats the reason behind people drinking it? Meal replacement during a cutting cycle?

I tried it once or twice.. It looks like someone had it in their mouth before me

its fermented mealie meal....unless the fermentation process changes the nutritional value or something its the same thing...

That stuff rocks! I used to drink it as a staple when I was younger and still buy it occasionally. Its the shit. Just got the idea to add some whey and use it as an MRP during bulk.

I agree it's lekker. Buy the small one (banana flavour) and drink half of it then top it up with banana yogisip. Or the plain one then add a 125ml cream, yummy! Obviously this method is best when you're not on a low carb diet.

I went to collect my son at kindergarten and decided to stop and buy one. Its actually not that loaded with carbs as I thought. 34g carbs, 1g fat and 3g protein (which is nothing) per 500ml. This with two scoops of whey would make a killer MRP! Trying it as we speak.
