Some of my competitive diet clients. was created by Empire

hey guys,i thought i'd post up some pics of 2 of the guys i have been working with this year,they are both juniors,the 1 under 75kgs,the other over 75kgs. my first junior placed 2nd in every show he did this year although by looking at the photos of the show i dont know how he didnt win as the other guys where so smooth it was a joke.

this is my 2nd junior who placed first in his line up this past weekend,he has got the muscle evolution to go and SA's and hopefully worlds to compete at!

the first 3 photo's are 6 weeks out just after i started working with him,the last 5 pics are on the day of the show.

i have now got the first client on a bulking diet,he is up to 83kgs and only up 2% body fat to 7% from his competitive weight of 72.5kgs... he is going to hit the 100 mark soon... not bad for someone who turned 21 like 2 weeks after his first show... note the shredded glutes on a natural

(he used sculpt for that

)

the only thing this kid used was fat burners,no anabolics at all... i was very bummed when he didnt win his line up but apparently the lighting at his show in PE was shit but next year he is going to dominate i will make sure of that

ok guys,this weekend gone past i had 3 competitors competing, 2 in the nabba show in durban, and 1 in the WPF Sa's. my boys place 4th, and 2nd in the juniors line up(the one was selected for nabba universe) at the nabba, and the other placed 1st in the junior wpf line up!

here are some pics... the first 2 guys are both novices aswell.

now this guy came to me 3 weeks ago and said he wants to do the show and he placed 2nd.

from what i've heard they drink it just before the show to help get out the veins.

Arnold brought this up in one of the Mr O's, guys veins sticking out like that, flooding your body with diuretics and so low water levels, he said it is not healthy or safe and that is body destroying not bodybuilding. Anyone who judges on that is a fool that is putting peoples lives at risk, it is a bodybuilding show, not a vein popping show.
