Hello,

Please could someone give me advice based on the following:

Male 1.67 meters tall with a weight of 76 kg. I have being doing gym for the last 4 months and eat 5 meals a day. Train three times a week.

Extra on the diet is:
Creatine (USN)
Hardcore Whey gh (USN)
Hyperbolic Mass gh (USN)

I am in good shape, but I would like to bulk up. I am really enjoying the time at the gym but would like to now look the part.

Should I get the following MK 677 & MK2886 or am I wasting my time and money ? I don't have major cash to throw

I have read through "Sample cycles" but nothing actually is talking to me.

Anavar & Proviron (Beginner cutting and strength cycle - Oral Only
or
Dianabol & Test Cyp (Beginner bulking cycle)

Could some one chime in as I am a little lost
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks again

Maybe some good old testosterone only for 12 weeks?

Definitely do some bloods before as at 50 you might already be on the lower side and recover could be a bit tricky.

Also remember 4 months is nothing, I have been training for 25 years consistently, others guys on here far longer, when im wanting to be 'larger' it comes down to the amount of food i eat and I use heavier weights, or to be leaner, more cardio, clean food, more reps, less weight. The biggest thing is consistency, not throwing drugs around. A younger guy we would probably say train naturally for at least 2 years and progress takes time.

Thanks for the quality information!

I will do the blood work ASAP.
I am out in the bush so I have a bench bars and dumb bells. No chance for fancy gym equipment, or a trainer.

I will start with more reps and less weight angle. Most of my exercises are 3 x 10 with 7th rep being the one that start the ouch.

Thanks once again

How long have you been training naturally?

Also USN you could rather get a cup of gravel from the veld...
