Use the "contact us" option on the left of your screen and contact either admin or netro. Otherwise feel free to ask whatever you want, with the forum rules in mind of course...

What you should do is post up ur stats.

height
bodyweight
Age
years training
Body fat %
Goals
Diet if u have one.
How many courses u been on?

If u have give us a break down of ur last course.

Than ask a question surrounding AAS but questions that dont surround suppliers coz we trying to protect them for what we love bodybuilding.

Questions on what to take how take when to take will be suitable.

Ahhh well u found a bloody good forum to find out about juice, thing is we have diff brands of juice to america. There lots of other forums from which are america based.

I visit the isteroids forum now and again.

Anyway dude it will be much easier to find suppliers in the states than here dude.

But if u have any "specific" questions that u would like to ask go to the contact us option for my info.

U will have to email them. @ the contact us option

Everyone can view it if they view this post.

But first if you havent trained in awhile and u have a stomach the only thing that is gonna take that away is a good diet and work out program.

Id say train for 6 months with a very good diet and program u will see results, once u have been consistant than think of using juice.

My opinion.

If u want a diet email this guy for a good diet, he chargers but since u have dollars might be cheap for u. EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED - he is very busy so might not get back to u like right away. just be patient.

He will sort a good diet for u to follow.

You could prob fit in another meal there to increase that metabolism.

In meal 3 i wud cut the rice to 1/2 a cup and meal 5 cut the rice/carbs completely out. Since u trying shed fat try not have carbs after about 4pm. Veg is fine after 4pm.

Plus u got not source of healthy fats, try including raisins or natural peanut butter in about 2 or 3 of the meals.

Try a keto type diet-no carbs except once per week-best diet to drop bodyfat and maintain muscle. I would leave the steroids until you have got your bodyfat under control-steroids will not get rid of the fat, it's all about diet.

Look into clenbuterol to help you along the way
