Sorry let me put it in detail, it will be strictly one on one basis for personal training. Wont be any member ships or anything.

Going to be a smallish gym 15m x 15m maybe smaller.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Suppose depends on what type of clientelle you would want to be attracting ?nubile sandton females you would steer away from anything that screams muscle stressing more tone etc.

We aim our efforts mainly at the mommies and maybe school boy rugby players strength training etc.

Have a dietitian in the form of my cousin so we sorted in most departments.
