ADVICE PLS - Cycle Hgh - Female

Hi, I would really appreciate some advice on whats the best HGH to get and how to cycle it.

I am a 32 year old female, weight 57kg's train 4 -5 times a week. I want to achieve more lean muscle and toning. I loathe the idea of rock hard abs, i'm not too far off but that stubborn flat at your navel seems to stay.

I want definition, and I guess fat loss. I'm definitely in shape but it can be refined. So i'm not into Pansy type training, I definitely do free weights dead lifts and squats.

I was advised to try Hgh with clenbeuterol (2iu/day and 80-100mcg per day ) and also stack oxandralone (10mg per day)....aka VAR. Any other suggestions welcome.

So I tried Var 2 months ago less then a week about 5Mg dosage by BullLabs and immediately notices hair thinning - so I am obviously sensitive. I do not want to risk anything that will effect my hair. Pls consider this concern when advising me.

Also advise what the best brands is to look at.

I do not want to over do anything, and steer clear of viralization.

I wouldn't go with hGH, to many reasons why.. Anavar for a few weeks could be what you looking for.

You are only 32, no need for hgh to achieve what you want. The clen dosage is also to high.

If the little stubborn fat around your belly stays, then you diet is not spot on.

Try FFF and leave the Clenbuterol until you know how to use it properly it's very dangerous.

But I'm not entirely content inside here and knowing myself I'm going to attempt something anyway.


So let's rephrase that in a stance that you all don't condone the obsessive need I am chasing to have abs vee's sleek defined arms oh yes and ass that screams "gym squatter"......but if you are going to take anything you rather take this at these dosages over this time and you can see results without your voice turning husky, no bald spot and the with any need to roll up your privates and stick em back up in place so you can wear a shirt skirt! Well you know what I mean...

So I apologize in advance but I've been harbouring in the ideas for months and it's now riveting inside...yes it's one of those "I'm going to do it" experiences and deal with consequences later.. I felt a incredible diff with that lil var experience ...

But I don't want to be stupid about it either, I respect everyone's guided experience from years of trial and this blog. I heard diff things from diff ppl. I don't trust any of them entirely as I feel they don't take into consideration that I am female and want to remain female. They just see one enthusiast to another...like mates or China's chatting.(yes !!I am that enthusiastic I don't blame them!!)

So anything else you suggest instead ? How to get hard ...faster... On a safe dose and cycle...

I really take it all seriously, and want to be responsible, it's the buzz I'm on... Let me exp it...safely

You need to go for blood test before you decide to use GH. What if you had cancerous cells, do you want to increase their growth as well?

Most woman will opt for anavar due to it being considered mild compared to other anabolics. If you get hair thinning on var your options basicly decreased to 0.

FFF is a great fat burner (not like the over the counter crap) its also much easier to use compared to clenbutrol which needs to be tapered up ec.

Would be a good idea to post your diet up so you can get some feedback on it.

Another thing to take in consideration is having kids. If you are still planning on having kids i wouldn't touch any anabolics.

You will be pleasantly surprised with fat furnace.

OK, I am currently on 3rd month cycle of RIPPED FREAK by Pharma freak which I add Amplify ontop of and a good quality CLA I think SSN.

It was by far the most effective Fat Burner I have used, and you quickly see you Body Fat Percentage change.. Its one of the few products that you don't need to wait that long to actually see changes happen. How does this compare to fff?

I wouldn't compare fff to anything you can buy over the counter.

But if you want to give var a go, get LP female var... If that thins your hair I'm sorry hun but AAS aren't for you.

And for what its worth i was at my leanest ever while on fff. Coupled with a good diet it does wonders.

I agree.. You are at the level that now requires the discipline to push past it.. You need to be more strict. . Implement HIIT training 4 days a week, don't drop calories to low, just adjust so protein is higher.. make sure you not getting little bursts of insulin spikes, so stay away from energy bars, cool drinks, etc etc etc

LP var female edition is all I would feel comfortable giving to my girlfriend. As far as AAS goes...
