Avoid carbs and eat a lot of healthy fats from coconut oil avocado oil and olive oil and fish oil. I also only eat green vegetables except peas.

When I do not consume dairy or carbs it is not an issue. I have a hunch that milk is the worst though but I wil confirm once I am on cycle again though.
