This is the sweet-spots. More is just wasting and I've been using it with great results since source-able again.

is a PCT 1 required after running the Ostarine?

Hi Oom G. Good cycle, a go to for me. I can't say for sure that a PCT is definitely necessary, but yes, when going on >10 weeks Ostarine, I use PCT 1 and haven't experienced any problems yet. So yes, personally I would suggest pct 1 with the Ostarine.

i have a bottle of Clomid and Nolva, so will run that after the 12 weeks

Agree, PCT1 after Ostarine cant do any harm, so rather safe than sorry!!

Cycle works good with minimal/none side effects, nothing I could notice.

Dont expect miracles, but you will definitely notice that everything just comes easier.

yeah had some great results from GW, well everything was a lot easier as you mentioned and seemed to help me stay leaner.
so really keen to see results when combining the 2

should i continue to use general liver protection?
has anyone noticed any appetite increase while on Ostarine?

Hi Oom.

My Fiance is using MK677 and Ostarine we first had her on only MK677 until hunger and water bloat settled took about 4weeks when she introduced the Ostarine she also experiences increased appetite still. I cab only speculate it is due to the nutrition partitioning.

And yes run liver protection just as a precaution although the studies show it is not needed
