I would like to try HGH, for improving skin quality and a general healthier appearance. Has anyone seen any of these or any other beneficial effects from HGH aside from long term muscle development?

Make sure you get blood tests and shit before you use HGH. Growth of cells can be good or bad.. have your self checkout first, you dont want to boost cancer or ilness cells.

Not really, I've used 2.5iu per day for over a year continuously and can't say that it did much. The money of those 10 kits could have been spent better, but I wanted to see what it does long term and the answer is not much at that dose.

I treated my wife to a cycle of HGH a few years back. Was a mistake, because she's constantly asking for it since. Says her hair and complexion never looked better. I don't know

I use it daily, pharma grade and I throw in IGF ontop of that every now and then.

I'm growth hormone deficient, my treatment has put my numbers back into the upper normal range.

I'm using the IGF because I'm not on gear and due to steroid abuse when I was young my body cannot recover its testosterone whatsoever, however I am fertile which is the only reason I'm still off testosterone as menopur and ovitrell is extremely expensive at the doses I take and I can't risk further suppression. I thought my wife was pregnant and went back on testosterone for 3 weeks and my sperm count dropped from over a 100 million to 44 million, so shutdown is very fast.

Back to is it worth it using hGH? I can't answer that for you, however, it doesn't take my grey away, it doesn't add to my libido, it doesn't help with old injuries I have they still there. It certainly doesn't help my sleep, in actual fact if I take GH at night I struggle sleeping. I don't recover from flu quicker nor has my new broken toe healed any quicker than a previous toe I broke. I notice no difference in appetite, what I do notice is after this years price increase my bank account just on the hGH is short 10k.

Why do I keep using it? Purely to have all bloods in my body within normal range and that has helped keep my health in order whereby prior to taking care of myself I lived on the red line and my body was broken.

If you do decide to use hGH for well being, do some blood work, ensure your levels are not somewhat normal or else you not going to get much benefit, I think around three or so years ago when I started running it daily there was some shift brining it to normal levels, but now it's impossible to tell. I might notice some change if I stopped it.

However, having low testosterone and low GH I can promise you from a all round perspective, just getting my free testosterone to 300 (which is low) it's now 68 (yup the same amount a woman has) I feel like I can take over the world, my memory returns, I have a bounce in my step, I sleep well, I'm more loving in my relationship, I have more energy for my kid, I want to get out and do things, I enjoy my gym and exercise in general.

Each human is unique, so maybe GH changes things for you.

@00pump

Have you recently done another SA?
Doc put me on a similar protocol, HCG, HMG and clomid for 3 months to try AI, I have tried several expensive supplementation and extensive time with specialists.
With a count that high you should consider becoming a donor.

The HMG does work, I'm doing it this time, but to be honest when my levels are over 100 million it was not with clomid (I hate this stuff), just Nolva and I got the click Ovitrelle pens which I did 2 clicks (714 iu) and all the natural stuff I could source. I'm surprised he has you on Clomid, the literature says try clomid first if that does not work drop clomid and move to FSH. This while running an aromatising inhibitor (the was key for my pituitary to fire hard) both FSH and LH red lining on my blood results. The good part is my motility is sitting at 82.7 %

We attempted our second AI a week or so ago that's when I notice the drop to 44 million (due to the testosterone) and next week Saturday we test for early pregnancy.

I guess there is no generic protocol and each doc has his own theory.
IGF or HGH could also be aiding spermatosis?
IGF/HGH is prob the only way I havent tried yet, I managed to get to a count of 22mill with 80% motility and it was enough.

Best of luck bud, the 2 weeks wait is exciting but thats when the rollecoaster starts. Stay strong!

Admin did you by any chance get your natural GH level or the equivalent before you started?

Lol I took the pic just before gyms closed when lockdown started. With this covid bullshit it's a struggle to get motivated to get so ripped again. Life is good, but training has been a bit of a struggle lately with injuries. Got the dreaded snap, crackle, pop in my forearm while deadlifting a few weeks ago (ECU tendon). Luckily a partial rupture but pretty fucked. Going for an ultrasound in the week to see if it's recovering or if I need surgery. Wife is full of shit, but so am I, so all good.
