New to Slin. was created by Blade84
Hey guys...

i've just read the thread of the insulin, and i've to say that i m a bit scared of that stuff.

Well my friend thinking of taking it.
what he planed to do is to finish his last competion and then bulk till his weight stand still, then wants to take slin for 4weeks start with 2ius working up to 8ius.

Will it gave him good results and can he use the slin alone(he's not planning to take any other aas)
and is the dose ok, because his weight is 75kg now, but will maybe be about 85kg when starting the slin.

Slin is for Pro's. Period.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

75kg is nothing if your "friend" is 1.7m tall or higher. And at that height and 85kg,i doubt a plateau could be reached with a solid program. If you on slin you should tell someone about your use of it,because if anything goes wrong at least someone would know why...if you using slin you basically walkin on the blade of a sword,it could fuck you up for life,so make sure its really your last option.

I agree with Tiny. There must be safer ways of getting to the next level!!! At 75kg's he can throw in 2 chicken breasts and a cup of rice and he'll gain more weight.

"many cycles" to get to 75kg?
It's ok if he's 1.5m tall :P
I'm 80kg at 1.77m, without aas.
Does your friend eat AT ALL?

Slin only helps to get MORE NUTRIENTS into the muscle.
Thus, more insulin in the body needs more eating, or else....

He's not 1.5, but you get me wrong, his competition weight is 75kg, and this weekend is his show. he's about 1.8% body fat. his normal weight is 85kg.
Don't know whats al the cycles he had run, but i know he had run a winstrol only for his contest prep.

If he is 1.8% bodyfat he would be dead.... DO NOT LIE... you cannot go below 3% or you would be dead... the end....

No man no lies.

or else the fat clipper must lie.

I know a lot of bodybuildrs competing U75 or U65 that get their bodyfat under 2%.

Can someone please explain why you would die if your body fat is below 3% for one or two days? A bodybuilder friend of mine from Bloem got his body fat down to 2% for Comp day. Checked with calipers.

Why didn't he die?

I think its because you get essential fat and storage fat. The latter is used for the protection of organs etc but essential fat is the the fat that you actually require to maintain life, in men this is between 2 and 5%. Any lower and you would die. So when you guys talk about say 8% body fat in men this includes both essential as well as storage fat

Please note that a nine point body fat reading with a calliper is still not that accurate, it is only used as an indication of how much fat%
but not every part of the body is the same, Branch Warren comes on stage @ 3.5% and he is one of the most conditioned B/Builders around,
so I would check to see if the readings are accurate.

i have used slin on a few cycles, i wouldnt recomend it unless you really know what your doing, i went hypo twice and its extremly unpleasent , and i doubt i would use it again unless i seriously had a lagging body part or hit a serious platue and i wasnt gaining at all

Agree with everyone slin is dangerous. Get the dose wrong once with AAS maybe a bit of acne from androgen overload at worst. Get the dose wrong once with slin and you're in a diabetic coma.

Im totally new to this site, so just checking everything out. Searched for any diabetic/insulin related posts and I think I might just stumbled accross as to why Im picking up so much weight!!! Being a 26 year old female, that's the last thing I'll order on a silver platter! I've been a type 1 diabetic for about 9 years now. Im using Apidra and Lantis. The past 2 years I've been picking up weight and really struggle loosing it. (About 10kg in total) I have tried almost everything. Clean diet, personal training +++ with little success. I have even tried decreasing the amount of injecitons I'm suppose to take. (one before each meal) But that left my blood sugar to hit the roof and in effect I developed Ketons. The reason for this is that when you are eating few to no carbs your body goes into “starvation” mode. When this happens, the body starts using fat deposits for energy because they isn’t enough glucose to run on. These fat fragments are called ketones. They are used as energy and expelled from the body. So it’s easy to see why you would be able to lose weight from fat loss during this process.

However, these ketones are highly acidic. Over time, ketosis can be dangerous because it takes the acid in your blood past a level your body can take. It isn’t healthy and it can damage your liver and kidneys.

And it really makes you feel like the dead. Energy levels are to the floor and nausea also kicks in which can lead to dehydration. Doctors have picked up ketones in my urine 3 times this year, sending me to ICU for a day or two.

So the 3-5kg I've lost each time, I've picked up again after being in hospital. They watch you like a hawk and energy levels takes about 2 weeks to get back to normal. So all efford is lost.

Any help or info would be much appreciated. Also can anyone please let me know what fat burner I can use. A friend of a friend suggested that I use Lava. Will this be ok?

Please comment.
